The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the style is luxurious. The surrounding area of the hotel is average, located in the suburbs. The breakfast is rich, and I am generally satisfied. The only regret is that because we were in a hurry, we arrived very late at night. The hotel is also a luxury five-diamond hotel in the local area, but the quality is not small compared to international brand hotels. Guests arrived in the hotel lobby and there was an oolong incident at the time of check-in. The room card given by the front desk girl is the room number of the North Wing room, but guides the guests to the South Wing room. What is more funny is that when the guests run to the North Wing room, the room card can't open the door of the room at all. The guest stated the special requirements for the room at the time of booking, and the booking page also showed that the hotel would agree to the arrangement, but none of the rooms given at the time of the real check-in met the reservation requirements. The scenery is particularly good and there are abundant green plants. The hotel is in a new Chinese style. No matter how you take pictures, they are very photogenic. Before arriving at the store, the waiter called me to ask about my arrival time and turned on the air conditioner in advance. After checking in, the service staff also sent me to the room, introduced the hotel facilities, and asked if I needed to order food. In general, the service was online and not out of touch. In fact, the room fee was not much, but the experience was worth it. I rarely write such a long review. This hotel really gave me a good experience. SShibokeI took my parents on a trip around China and came to Anhui. We passed through Lu'an on our way back to Xi'an from Huangshan. It was a strange city and a strange hotel, but it really surprised me. From the door to the front desk, the considerate and thoughtful service, the special dining, and the rich breakfast. As a person with mysophobia, I felt that the hygiene of the room was excellent. Five-star quality. To be honest, coming from Shanghai, the strength of this hotel is better than one-third of the five-star hotels in Shanghai. AAnonymous UserThe arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!
