I came to Lu'an from Nanjing on a business trip and chose the local Golden Diamond Hotel. It really lived up to my expectations. The hotel is in the park. The scenery is particularly good and there are abundant green plants. The hotel is in a new Chinese style. No matter how you take pictures, they are very photogenic. Before arriving at the store, the waiter called me to ask about my arrival time and turned on the air conditioner in advance. After checking in, the service staff also sent me to the room, introduced the hotel facilities, and asked if I needed to order food. In general, the service was online and not out of touch. In fact, the room fee was not much, but the experience was worth it. I rarely write such a long review. This hotel really gave me a good experience. After returning, I also recommended it to my colleagues and family.

The room is very big, the deluxe king-size bed room feels like a suite, the bedding is clean and comfortable, but the sound insulation is not good. There are many underground parking spaces, which is convenient for parking. The breakfast is rich in variety, only 25 per person, which is completely a five-star breakfast. However, if it's late, there is basically no drink, only boiled water.

Guests arrived in the hotel lobby and there was an oolong incident at the time of check-in. The room card given by the front desk girl is the room number of the North Wing room, but guides the guests to the South Wing room. What is more funny is that when the guests run to the North Wing room, the room card can't open the door of the room at all. The guest stated the special requirements for the room at the time of booking, and the booking page also showed that the hotel would agree to the arrangement, but none of the rooms given at the time of the real check-in met the reservation requirements. In addition, the hotel's breakfast variety is also rich, but the hot dishes provided are almost all vegetarian, and the quality does not match the meal standard.
