A wonderful time at the villa. Breakfast included and was served next to the Mekong river. It is a 1min walk from the villa and the highlight of my stay.

Nice staff

The location is good and the price is great with a very nice breakfast included. The downside is that the room is quite small and the AC isn’t blow cold in the room I stayed in. Overall aesthetic of the room is also quite dated. If you could get the room with a working AC I think it’s a solid budget choice.

In room 11, water dripped from the ceiling onto the bed, the light bulb was uncovered and exposed, the faucet in the bathroom had no handle, and there were multiple cracks on the floor. After reporting to the front desk, the hotel offered to change the sheets, but there was no other way. Finally, the platform intervened and contacted the next room. The next room, room 12, was also a nightmare. There was only one light on the whole room, and the toilet in the bathroom would make a roaring sound when anyone next door or upstairs used the bathroom. And the water supply was cut off for at least two periods of time a day. The room was not sealed, and there were many mosquitoes. The two rooms had the following in common: The air conditioner was not working well, the sanitary environment was poor, and there were blood stains on the sheets The disadvantage of the "hotel" was that breakfast was not provided inside, and you had to wait at the door every morning. Someone would point you to an outdoor environment about 300 meters away to enjoy it with flies. Bread and fried eggs were provided. Advantages: The location is very convenient, next to the popolo restaurant, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Overall, I don't recommend anyone to stay there. This place needs to be 100% renovated.
