This hotel is the best! It's clean and tasteful, and the shared space on the second floor is the best place to chill. They also have bike rentals available for 24 hours for 160,000 yen. Please try staying here.

Quick access to the city center. Quiet location right next to the Mekong River. Breakfast is average, but you can enjoy it while looking out at the Mekong River, so I think it will get you excited on your first day. If you get tired of breakfast, be sure to try the Khao Soi Noodle Shop, a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It opens at 7:30.
Morning alms are collected right in front of the hotel, but be careful.
