Clean and comfortable enjoyed the refreshing pool. Basic buffet at breakfast offered. Walk to night Market and many other things from here. Nice bike rental down the street. Felt safe and secure. Quiet too since it's off the main drag so sleep well here.

Staff is very nice, helpful. The man helped me to book my train journey to Vang Vieng. The room was big enough and the bathroom clean and functional. Hot water in the room flows well. I like the pool. The pool isn't huge, but it's sufficient to cool off, and it doesn't have a swim area for children. Breakfast is good

Room was great. Nice staff. Separate shower to toilet and great sink space. There is a safe, kettle, coffee powder, tea, hairdryer, TV, air conditioner and fan. Great location, close to night markets but quiet, walk distance restaurants, cafes. Would stay again

Excellent location in a quieter street close to the historic centre and a block away from the night market. Everything is in close distance like restaurants, cafes, the river etc. The staff at reception were amazing and very helpful. They helped organise tours, scooter rental and laundry for me. Breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and had everything you need

Nice room with nice cold aircon! A pool hidden in the back is nice as well. Good free breakfast and the best part was the very attentive front desk! He made sure to help my friends and I get things like train tickets or laundry without getting scammed. I always appreciate really honest people who don't try to upswell you on everything. I would highly recommend this hotel!

On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location on a quiet side street but just minutes from the city centre and the staff is very friendly and eager to help. However, the rooms are in need of refurbishment and modernisation, the wifi is not great and breakfast should be a lot better. Nevertheless, I slept reasonably well. I would stay again if I got the room at a very cheap price but there are certainly better options at a similar price in Luang Prabrang.

The Jasmine is a fantastic hotel. The room is spacious and clean with new 5-star level amenities. The pool is great and the staff are super friendly. The location is also good, within walking distance of the night market, restaurants and bars.
