The service in this hotel is good. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the stay there in luang prabang.

Good location with close to Phousi Hill. Room looks old and feel unmotivated and depressed. Furnitures inside room are very old and mattress made us uncomfortable. Because of unpleasant smell, we moved to another guest house after staying one night at there. 🤮🤧😪

The hotel is located on the other side of Phra That. It's a quiet street. The hotel is easy to find, next to the road. The rooms are usable, not very clean, the service staff are good. Introducing various places in the city as well.

I booked a triple room and no one came to clean it after staying there for 3 days. I had to ask for water and paper before they were provided.

Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service was very good. I communicated directly with them and finally admitted that it was their problem that they didn't reserve a room for me. At the same time, they actively arranged another hotel for me, refunded me the money, and gave me the price difference, so I switched to another hotel.
