The hotel is 3 km away from night market but they have a small electric truck to service for free

The service is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide free transport around the town area and they also offer us free airport shuttle services. The view of the Mekong River is excellent. One thing that can make the entire experience even better would be a better selection of breakfast.

Great hotel!! I'd stay there again. The staff was excellent. Each and every one kind, sweet and helpful. I'm forever spoiled. They've raised the bar. I ate several meals there and all of them were good. They went out of their way to be helpful. The view of the Delta is grand and relaxing. The hotel is brand new. It's easy to get to the night market.

This hotel is very nice place, the service is very good.Nice view with Mekong river, I feel relaxful with this place. Hotel has free service to train station and air port and also has free transportation. Hope to see you again.

It was best hotel of our family backpacking trip. Staff was very helpful and their service was best. Location is good, their shuttle service worked best

Because we like the hotel we decided to stay longer.

The hotel is new and offer transfer services for free to town, railway and airport. Rooms were spacious and the swimming pool area was relaxing with a nice view of the river. Although it is not walking distance from town, it is easy to get to attractions and restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay again.

Pretty good overall except for the price (rooms in this city are generally more expensive) and the location. Service was good. My favourite thing was their free pickup and drop off service.

It is a very beautiful hotel located on the banks of the Mekong River. There is a swimming pool on the banks of the Mekong River. There is a free shuttle service to the attractions, back to the hotel. Send to the airport, and to the train station. Very good. Suitable for families with many people. The hotel provides slippers in each room. The staff is good and kind. Not stingy with the amenities. There are liquid soap and more than 2 sets of bathroom amenities in the room. I would like to compliment the good service. My friend forgot his sunglasses in the safe. He called and asked for a car to bring them to the airport. This hotel is really great. The food service is diverse. Chinese people should like it especially because there are many Chinese people staying here. When I stayed there, there were only Chinese people. The orange juice is more delicious than any other hotel because it has orange pulp mixed in it. In Luang Prabang, most hotels have only a few floors. This hotel does not have an elevator. If you are elderly or have injured legs, it will be a bit difficult to walk.
