We were pleased about everything. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us with transportation booking. EXCEPT one staff that I had no idea who she was, and she’s rude to us when she knocked the door. Pretty much like smashing the door and no explanation at all. I saw her on the phone while on shift as well.

It was nice to be able to buy juice and beer at the front desk. The gate is closed at night so security is good. The facilities are fine.
