They are actually thieves!! Never in my life charge me about something that i just rent. I stay in a lot of hostel and it's the first time that something like this happened to me. The crew is not helping and was very un nice and not helpful. DON'T BOOK HERE!!!!

Location, room quality and services I received, this is an extremely useful cost. The rooms are quite comfortable and fully equipped with all amenities, including curtains for each platform bed which is also quite private. The bathroom is located right in the bedroom so it is very convenient for all guests here. It was raining and I had a few problems with my bed, luckily the staff assisted promptly. This is a great plus point in terms of service quality here. The swimming pool here is another plus. The weather in Luang Prabang is quite hot so I can soak here every day without getting bored. The dining and entertainment area is quite comfortable. This is the gathering point for all visitors when coming here.

I had to say the word "Wow" because the Hostel here was more than I expected. The rooms at the Hostel are nothing special, quite comfortable and clean. There is also a laundry service so guests can feel secure when staying for a long time. The outdoor swimming pool is airy and has a roof in case it gets too sunny or rainy, so you can comfortably soak in the pool as you please. What I love most about staying here is people and staff. I traveled alone so I was quite lonely. Luckily, I met new friends in the dorm room and the staff here are also quite friendly, always willing to help. and interact with us every time you have free time. Believe it or not, the nighttime exchange activities are extremely exciting and I really like each day with a different theme. On the contrary, for extroverts like me, it is a good place to consider.

Compared to other dormitory structures, there are exchange activities with tourists while staying here. There are bars, billiards, movie screenings and other fun activities around. We really wanted to visit the waterfall and the staff helped us book it. Best of all, they also booked a car and a boat and rented a motorbike for us. Thank you very much to the Host and staff for helping us on our recent trip. The price for staying one night here, in my opinion, is quite cheap compared to the general level. If you have the opportunity to come to Luang Prabang, I recommend you book here. If you are a lover of interaction and excitement, Sunrise Riverside Pool Hostel is the choice for you.

For those who like to travel, hostel is a top priority. This is the best hostel in my opinion in Luang Prabang. I booked a room on Tripadvisor, the room picture is the same as on the channel. The room and bathroom are quite clean and smell good upon check-in. We had a faucet problem and the landlord handled it promptly. The bed is quite soft and comfortable. The toilet is in the room so it's quite convenient. The living space is quite spacious with many different games at the hostel. We have met many new friends here. What I like most about staying here is the swimming pool. I swim and sunbathe every day. A peaceful place to stay, worth experiencing this summer. If someone asked me if I would come back here, the answer would definitely be yes.

If you are someone who wants to experience and like to connect with people, Sunrise Riverside Pool Hostel will be the choice for you. A place to stay with low cost but excellent service quality. We were here for 5 days and were taken care of very well by the staff. They supported and introduced us to many places to visit and shop. The room is also quite spacious with a comfortable bed for one person. The tourists here are all very friendly, we had a few nights interacting with each other according to the theme that the Hostel offered. Hostel is located in a pretty good location, right in the center so it's convenient to travel to sightseeing, entertainment and shopping locations. I stayed in a 6-bed room, a comfortable space with free and strong wifi. Downstairs there is an outdoor swimming pool, not too large but the pool is quite clean and has outdoor sun loungers.
