It's really great. This hotel is cost-effective. The location is very central and convenient to go everywhere. The service, location and breakfast are better than the Sofitel I stayed in later. As long as it's not far from the hotel, they will send a car for free. It's also environmentally friendly. It's the first time I use toothpaste compressed into pills. This is my second visit after visiting with my family about a month ago. I remembered the warm experience I had at this hotel last time, so I came back again. There must be many guests coming in and out of the hotel, and I was touched that everyone I met recognized me and said “Welcome back.” I am very grateful to Yong, Lith, Muhn, Mone, and the two female hoteliers who were in charge of dinner on 5/25 for their hospitality. (I should have asked everyone's names, but it's too bad I didn't.) And the information about becoming a monk during the morning Takbat. I am also sincerely grateful to the male hotelier who kindly and in detail explained about the Ina Lao people. I think I will visit Laos again on my last trip before returning to my home country because of the warm memories I had in Avani. I look forward to seeing you again.

The location of this hotel is perfect- close to everything still quiet and good for relaxing time. Breakfast is amazing . Staff were helpful and friendly - we had issues with ac and took a little time but they solve it. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. We would recommend for a stay in Luang Prabang

Among the 5-star hotels I have stayed in, this one is the most exaggerated. It looks beautiful, but is actually a nightmare experience. I didn't encounter the noise and inability to sleep because I was in the city as others mentioned, but I had a series of nightmares that were worse than that.
There was no water in the middle of the shower. I thought there was no hot water, but it turned out there was no cold water either, and the whole room stopped running. After telling the hotel front desk, water was available immediately? A 5-star hotel cannot even provide stable water supply for bathing.
What’s even more exaggerated is that when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, even the power to the lights is gone? ? The air conditioner and bedside lamp have electricity and can be turned on, but all the lights in the living room, toilet and porch cannot be turned on. Did you expect to have to get up in the dark to go to the bathroom? I called the front desk at 7-8am in the morning, but no one answered the phone.
Another exaggeration. There is a toothbrush in the hotel's toiletries, but no toothpaste? Do you need to use clean water shower gel to brush your teeth?
Block this hotel directly, it is not even comparable to a 3-star hotel. I originally planned to book 3 nights in a row, but luckily I only booked 1 night in the end.
