It's very clean and the room is very big. It's only a few minutes away from the Grand Palace. There's a morning market at the door. The boss is also very nice. It deserves a five-star rating.

The room is very big, very clean and hygienic. The location is very good, just outside the Grand Palace, Puxi Mountain and night market. The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and introduced us to the Luang Prabang travel guide and room introduction. We will choose here next time.

I stayed in three hotels for 6 nights in Luang Prabang, Laos. This boutique villa hotel has the best service, the cleanest rooms, and the most spacious hotel I have ever stayed in. There is the Old Street morning market in front of the hotel, the night market is just a few dozen meters away, and it is only more than 200 meters away from Foreigner Street. Especially the family room, it's big and comfortable. There are 6-7 choices for breakfast, all delicious. When I checked in, the front desk lady personally poured orange juice, and then took out a simple hand-drawn map and patiently told me the start and end times of each attraction, the distance from the hotel, etc. When I arrived in the room, I was specifically informed of free food. The proprietress is Vietnamese, and her brother also runs a B&B in Luang Prabang, so she and her family came to Luang Prabang to run a B&B. The proprietress can speak English and simple Chinese vocabulary, so communication is no problem. It is very cheap to deliver laundry here, about RMB 8 per kilogram, and only more than 20 yuan for 3 kilograms. After washing, the fragrance of essential oils can stay on the clothes for a few days. I like this service very much.

The service was very good. They even upgraded my room. The fruits for breakfast were not good and they were all broken.

Had a very bad experience. We reserved a room here and paid. When we came to check in, we were changed to another hotel that was close by. which the room price is cheaper And the condition of the room is very bad. The water doesn't flow. The room has a musty smell. Can't sleep. Dizzy with the room smell + bathroom smell.

Good location, next to the morning market and night market, enthusiastic staff. The hotel is clean, pleasant and quiet.

地理位置優越，出門左轉小弄堂50米左右到大路，再左轉就是洋人街，右轉就是去關西瀑布方向。早上門口就是早市，晚上一出弄堂就是夜市，鬧中取靜，4個晚上都睡的很好。前台很熱情，進出酒店都會和你打招呼，有問題也會及時幫忙解決。早餐很好吃，現點現做，法棍很香，我們吃了4個早上也沒吃膩，琅勃拉邦是個很美的地方，在這裏享受到了安靜的生活，下次來還會選擇這個酒店，因為房間很大，窗户有雙層，感覺睡覺很安心。

環境： 酒店是一個主動的別墅，他們家總共衹有八間房，酒店門口就是早菜早市市場，酒店出來50米，就是可以早上佈施和夜市的地方，酒店隔壁呢，也就是他們這邊的博物館和大皇宮，可以説地理位置還是很優越的。 衞生： 200塊錢左右的酒店衞生能做得這麼乾淨，也屬於非常不容易了，他們家酒店基本上天天都爆滿，如果要訂的話提早預訂，價格不超過300可以閉眼下 設施： 獨棟的別墅有自行車可以共，遊客使用，沒有游泳池，沒有其他的綜合設施，相當於一個簡單的花園民宿。 服務： 樓下接待的那個小男孩服務態度還蠻好的，早上用早餐的時候有兩個服務員面目表情比較僵硬。

法國風情小別墅，管家兼接待是位越南女子，待客挺熱情。早餐吃到幾片剛削出來的芒果，太好吃了，在大陸從來沒吃到過這麼甜、這麼新鮮的芒果。住在這裏，別有一份情趣。

早餐不是很好，選擇很少，房間裏沒有香煙缸，很不方便

Hotel was very comfortable and the building was beautiful. The young man working at the front desk was so kind - we took one of his restaurant recommendations and it was amazing! We only stayed one night, but only because we have little kids who need a pool, otherwise would definitely have stayed longer.

I’m so pleased as this place turned out to be what I expected. It is a few steps from the morning market and night market. The staff were very attentive. Check in went smoothly. He carried my luggage to the second floor. The employee also helped me locate a massage spa. He was very friendly and professional. You have to take off your footwear when your room is on the 2nd floor. Oh! The room scent was heavenly. I know I’m going to have a good night sleep. Bathroom was clean. I had a queen bed with very clean sheets. 2 complimentary bottles of water, and coffee for the morning was available. Right outside my room, they have chairs and a small table. So relaxing as I can do my journaling. My breakfast was oh so good. I had a choice of omelette and 3 kinds of fruits. I can have tea or coffee. My 2nd morning, I had pork noodle soup. Best way to start my day. The grounds were well maintained. Plants and flowers amplified the beauty of this place. If ever I’m back in LP, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff are so lovely here. Very accommodating and always have a smile on their face. The room was very spacious which was a god send for us as we had been travelling for a few weeks in Vietnam beforehand, and some of the rooms we stayed in were quite small in comparison. They provided amenities and a stocked mini bar. The rooms are located with a few metres of the night market, and the morning market starts just outside the front gates of the accommodation. The people there were so quiet that you couldn’t hear what was happening outside of your room or on the street. We did have a bit of a giggle at the sleeping arrangements, as the bed was two pushed together, but this didn’t bother us. The door we had was a bit tricky as it was wood and seemed to get stuck… quite possibly due to humidity.. but a bit of elbow grease doesn’t hurt. Breakfast was great with fruit served along with your choice of meal. I opted for the noodle soup one morning and the second morning eggs. Very tasty. The meals were very generous. They even kindly packed us takeaway breakfast as we had a morning flight to catch to our next destination.

The staff are wonderful. It is located one step away from the main street of Luang Prabang, and is in a very good location. The facilities are well-equipped, and the staff are attentive and take care of any inconveniences caused by the location of Luang Prabang. I stayed for 5 nights instead of 4, and the hotel staff took care of everything, including organizing tours around the area and arranging trains to my next destination. They also sell SIM cards, and even when I had trouble connecting, they kindly responded and solved the problem. If you come to Luang Prabang, we recommend this accommodation.
