It’s a beautiful hotel and super friendly/helpful staff. Brekkie was fantastic, esp. rhe congee. It’d be great to do yoga at this beautiful location outdoor. Definitely Suggest the hotel to offer yoga matts at the gym (currently no yoga mats). Its a bit of a trek to the city center - Offering it as a retreat location would certainly a good preposition and value add to itself!

Amazing experience. Best location close to town. Staff 110% awesome. Great food and rooms. Only suggestion is to repair the gym equipment. Will stay again next xmas. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is perfect, service is OK

The environment is really good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from various locations in the city center every day. It is very convenient. Just pay attention to the time and it ends at 21:10 in the evening. The breakfast here is super delicious and very beautifully prepared. There is a menu that you can order. Stupidly, I only ate the buffets there because the breakfast was good. I even had lunch at her house. It was really good. I loved it the most. In the evening, I ordered a glass of wine and went to the swimming pool to lie down on the rooftop. It was so comfortable.

The location is a bit far from the night market. The hotel provides free delivery, good service, and the breakfast is quite delicious. You can order food, which is included in the meal fee. The swimming pool is clean and the room is tidy. You can rent a car from the hotel to go to the waterfall and Mekong River, and you can pay directly to the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful. The French lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and provides meticulous service. The Western breakfast is freshly prepared by the French chef and is very delicious. The room is large and comfortable, with complete facilities.

Booked a Deluxe Kingside room. In the picture there is a balcony with a view but you get a room with no view. The staff told me about the room with the full view...changed to an upgraded room without additional room charge. There is a shuttle van into the city. There are bicycles to borrow, but the bicycles are very big and tall and are not easy to use. During the time we were there, there were a lot of cars and a lot of dust. There is dinner, serving delicious food at inexpensive prices.

The room is nice. I personally think the price/performance ratio is relatively high. The room facilities are much better than those in Vientiane.

Having breakfast every day and making a cup of tea on the terrace is simply not perfect. The service is very good, drinking water, you can refill it unlimitedly when you run out. Sanitation is also timely.

The facilities in the hotel room are generally ok, but the bathroom is a bit old, the water pressure fluctuates when taking a shower, and the water is also very slow. Flushing the toilet was too loud. The most terrible thing is that we live in the connected room of the hotel, and the sound insulation is almost non-existent. I can hear normal conversations, and the next door was crazily noisy after staying for two nights, and the next door was still playing loud music in the early morning of the last night. There are not many types of breakfast but the taste is good. There are fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices. Mangoes are really delicious! I love mangoes so much! Freshly cooked rice noodles also taste good. However, it is strongly recommended not to come to Luang Prabang from February to April. The air quality is like a volcanic eruption. After we stayed for one night, we decided to give up the next Pullman and drive away in advance. The whole city is yellow, and the air is A smell of paste. Apart from that, the hotel is a good hotel and Luang Prabang is also a very good destination.
