It is a bit far from the city but habe a shuttle. Amazing place, great view

Fantastic stay. Excellent service. Buggy comes almost immediately upon calling even at 5am. The free shuttle to and fro post office is also great and on time upon request. We stayed 3 nights and had a free transport to airport. Highly recommended. Staff are friendly and amazing service.

Overall, it was good! Just here an there, bumped into hiccups, with regards to cleanliness n service!

Best luxury hotel

Scammed me as claimed no online booking .. was then asked to pay cash. Luckily I had 1000 baht as was left with no choice. Dirty room also. I was even tried the be scammed when leaving the next day. Would not recommend at all.

The rooms, pool, and facilities were well-maintained and cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious. The city center is only a few minutes away by car, and there is a shuttle bus, which is convenient. I rented a motorbike for a few days to get around, but the distance wasn't inconvenient. The staff were very friendly, so I'm glad I chose this hotel. I stayed here on my birthday. The staff I saw in the morning wished me a happy birthday and even surprised me with a gift, which made for a wonderful day. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

The hotel is located in a great area with a great view of the city, perfect for jogging or walking. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel room facilities and scenery are very good, and the service is also very good. Since the hotel reservation cannot be canceled, I bought cancellation insurance. Huatai Insurance is a scam company and it is useless. I remind everyone not to be fooled. Stay away from Huatai Insurance.

Bad review! During the ward check, they actually falsely accused us of taking the laundry bag from their store. When I was very sure that there was no laundry bag, they said it was fine and we could leave. Please be sure to improve the process in the future. It will greatly affect the overall stay experience. It is quite high-end. hotel, after such a short time, I will definitely not dare to stay again!

The facilities and services are superb. It's far from the city, so the transportation route is not good, but you can go downtown by booking a shuttle. You can enjoy the best breakfast in Luang Prabang.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and services and the restaurant breakfast. Especially, overlooking Luang Prabang. The view is beautiful. If I have a chance to visit again This is a great quality hotel that I would want to stay in again.
