Great for couples. Outstanding breakfast and hospitality

We spent two nights at the hotel. We picked the hotel because of a video we saw on Youtube. A motorbike traveler met the boss of the hotel during his trip in Laos and he was invited to stay in the hotel. So he took some shots in the hotel and we were amazed how beautiful it was! So we booked the hotel and had two wonderful nights there.

Beautiful and quiet place in the city centre, the staff are very helpful for our stay in there and our wandering in the city. Highly recommended, specially love the ponds.

This hotel and Laos in general were a complete and utter positive surprise and experience. Booked last minute due to prior flight cancellations in Bangkok, this was a real treat. From the moment we stepped in (prior to checkin time I’ll add) we were warmly greeted by the team with a lovely welcome beverage and a room upgrade with early checkin. Next the staff helped us arrange our entire 24h in Luang Prabang to ensure we maximised the trip, organising every detail from the driver to towels for the waterfalls. The room was gorgeous, upstairs overlooking the pond with nice touches including free local beer. The bathroom was gorgeous with nice scented oil. Breakfast was good. Everything about this trip and hotel surpassed our expectations, especially for the price point. Highly highly recommend.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the hotel environment is elegant and pleasant

The most satisfying thing about my trip to Luang Prabang is this hotel. The environment is excellent, as if I have walked into Monet's water lily garden. It is very film-making. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, with buffet one day and a la carte one day, and the taste is remarkable. The hotel also has its own spa and famous restaurant Water Lily.

1. The hotel is in an alley. The entrance is inconspicuous and a bit difficult to find. The location is remote and there are no restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant charges an additional 20% service fee and tax. 2. The hotel garden is very natural. If you see a four-legged snake, there must be mosquitoes and a lot of ants. No food can be placed on the table. 3. There are not many varieties of breakfast, the room is clean, the bathroom water is not smooth, the check-out inspection is strict, the charged items are not clearly marked, and high dollar compensation is required for any damage. 4. It is still recommended to stay at the hotel in Foreigner Street, the service is warm, and you are right next to Puxi Mountain, the Grand Palace, Xiangtong Temple, morning alms, Foreigner Street Night Market, massage and foot bath, etc.

The Lotus Restaurant is located in this hotel. The environment is first-class. You can bring your own breakfast. It is wonderful to have breakfast in the morning and watch the lotus flowers blooming in the pond. There are also many shops near the hotel, which is very convenient.

The attraction is the water lilies, and there is a popular restaurant inside. You can have breakfast by the water lily pond, the scenery is beautiful, and there are a lot of bugs. I feel that hotels with a lot of plants may not be able to avoid bugs... In addition, I find it hard to understand the cleaning lady, who threw our clothes on the ground... The breakfast is really good, but in the few days we went there, it became a buffet for the last two days, and the fruit was not replenished in time...

Entering the hotel is like entering a garden, isolating from the noise outside. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and you can enjoy the unbeatable water lily view. It's worth it~
