The only way to get to the center (night market, temples, etc.) is by a single bridge, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk there.

The owner is nice, and the employees are also kind.
The breakfast is delicious, and if you take a boat down the alley next to the hotel and have fun crossing the small river, you will find the night market. I highly recommend it

Overall, good value for money.
I like the wooden style and the warmth and security brought by the locked door of the homestay.
The price is still very good.
The problem is that it is far away from the center, and we rely on bamboo bridges during dry seasons. After the bamboo bridges are gone, we mainly look at the feeder boats. The boats leave very late in the morning, and taxis in Laos are very expensive, which is always inconvenient. It doesn't matter if you rent a car.
The room is small, but the hygiene is good.
Bedding was torn. Bathroom shower and toilet cannot be separated.
