The first room I was checked into had a (locked) adjoining door. The walls must have been thin/inferior because I could hear the TV in the next room as it was playing in my own room. Thankfully, they moved me to another room on another floor with no adjoining door and no noise.
My last night I wanted to veg in my room and watch TV...but the Dish cable kept freezing and not playing and turning itself off. I called for maintenance, but by the time he came to my room, it had resolved.
The Kerig coffeemaker (which I detest anyway) did not work.
Most disturbing was that room service never brought me an itemized receipt until the last girl...so I did not know I was tipping on top of pre-charged delivery fees.
The mgr said he would give me an adjustment, but he hasn't.
The staff is friendly, the pool is decent, as was my room.
