To entire hotel friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy, so a positive impression as soon as you entered. Despite the room facing the street, no noise penetrated. Good beds, but these are apart. Nice big shower, everything neat and clean.
The staff at the bar were in a good mood even late at night. The breakfast was good, coffee can be selected from two machines. Tasty, small rolls and sufficient toppings are available. Only with the scrambled eggs there is room for improvement.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, especially since the city center is within easy walking distance.

Check in ging langsam voran. Personal war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz 15 Euro pro Nacht. Zimmer waren auf den ersten Blick sauber. Brandflecken von Zigaretten im Teppich. Leider kein Schrank nur eine Stange mit ein paar Bügeln und ein paar Haken an der Wand. Bad hatte auch gelbe Flecken von Zigaretten im Waschbecken. Seifenspender richtig eklig. Dusche hatte unten an der Tür schwarze Schimmelflecken. Toilettenbürste könnte man auch mal wieder wechseln. Frühstück nichts besonderes. Teilweise war zu den Frühstückszeiten noch gar nicht alles da wenn die Gäste kamen. Kaffee war sehr gut.

Ein vollkommen neues Hotel von Menschen entwickelt, die alles eingebaut haben, was sie selbst in anderen Hotels vermisst haben. Sehr durchdacht, leise, gutes Licht, genug Steckdosen, Wasserkocher plus Kaffee und Tee. Sehr sauber, schöne und große Handtücher! Ebenfalls sehr freundlicher Empfang! Excellence! Free WLAN ohne Passwort finde ich allerdings kritisch

We stayed at the Premier Inn Luebeck City for two nights during our trip to Germany. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walking distance from Holsten Tor – the entry point to Luebeck’s old town. For our two night stay we booked a slightly larger room “Premier Plus” which was located on the third floor featuring also a capsule coffee maker, complimentary water, ironing board & iron and a mini fridge. The hotel is certainly new and the room as well as communal areas felt still very fresh with no sign of any wear and tear on the interior. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Check-in and check-out was very quick and hotel staff has been very friendly. The hotel also features a parking garage with a limit amount of parking spaces. The parking costs are EUR 15/night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend this property.
