To entire hotel friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy, so a positive impression as soon as you entered. Despite the room facing the street, no noise penetrated. Good beds, but these are apart. Nice big shower, everything neat and clean.
The staff at the bar were in a good mood even late at night. The breakfast was good, coffee can be selected from two machines. Tasty, small rolls and sufficient toppings are available. Only with the scrambled eggs there is room for improvement.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, especially since the city center is within easy walking distance.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Allerdings war das Bad nicht besonders sauber. Lange Haare und Flecken auf dem Boden. Da wir sehr früh anreisen mussten, haben wir das Frühstück nicht getestet.

We went for Lübeck for a weekend stay and stayed at Premier Inn in Luebeck. The hotel is really great: nice and clean rooms, nice breakfast and really friendly and serviceminded hotel crew. The hotel is located very close the the historical gate to the city. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very new, very clean hotel. We were very happy with our choice. The staff speak English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was €16.90 which was buffet and was good value in my view. Plenty of choice, from sausages, scrambled eggs, continental breakfast I.e. cheese and meats, cereals etc. unlimited coffee and juices, very nice. I would also recommend the hotel for its location, just outside the old city and adjacent to the train station by a short walk. We would definitely stop here again.

Modern hotel with basic room as expected. Friendly staff. Approximately 10 minute walk from old city, train station, restaurants, etc. Simple and reliable. Very slow internet. Did not have the overpriced breakfast. No safe or closet in room.

Location superb when coming from the Bahnhof. Close enough to easily walk there and yet also walkable to the city. Epically good soundproofing both in the outdoor windows and internal noises. Simple and highly functional layout. Very clean and as it is relatively new, everything was in great working order. Hairdryer next to large, well lit make up mirror was superb. Simple but nice toiletaries provided. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed tea and coffee making facilities. Good price. Carlos on the front desk was fabulous.
