Price is reasonable and breakfast is in average. A little fat away to the central of Lucca. Family room in 2F is a little of noisy cause the door is toward to the elevator.

Great value for money, very clean and good facilities. Staff are helpful and efficient too.

Renovated family room, consisting of two separate rooms. Excellent choice for a trip with my two daughters. Ample parking and friendly staff.

The hotel is by the sea, the rooms near the sea are relatively small, but the scenery is good. There is a Beijing restaurant 100 meters away. In addition, my friend's restaurant (amici imei) is expensive and not delicious, so I don't recommend it. The hotel provides parking spaces, 16 euros a night, just opposite the hotel in the public parking area, which is quite convenient.

Hotel located a few minutes from the city walls, new and very clean structure. The rooms are excellent and the staff very kind and attentive.

Very nice hotel with great multi-lingual staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Rooms tend towards the practical as opposed to "charming" but that worked well for us. Hotel is further from Walled City than we anticipated. However, the staff was very helpful with taxis and local bus. Local bus worked out very well for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was staffed by outstanding professionals. Very personable and efficient. Checking was quick and easy. Very clean hotel with easy access. Breakfast is good with any choices and resupplied constantly.

An excellent place to stay . Rooms are a good size and very clean and light. Bar is nice place to hang out and bartender makes good cocktails . Breakfast is good with everything from fresh fruit cheeses scrambled egg and lovely bread. Dinner was also v good , better than we had in town. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms at front will have traffic noise from the small but busy main road . Internal rooms are quiet but best rooms are at the back overlooking fields and mountains. There is a lovely lane behind the hotel where you can walk . Buses into town every hour. A lovely stay

Best western no ! Non sembra un hotel della nota catena , tutt’altro. Tante scomodità, una fra le tante la temperatura nella stanza che non è regolabile, la cattiva comunicazione da parte del personale che non conosce cosa vuol dire la parola “accoglienza “ e poi tanti altri piccoli handicap che preferisco non elencare Unica nota positiva la bravissima “Rachele “ che ci ha regalato tanta empatia al ristorante 🎄🎄

I primarily stay due to the location and the BW Rewards scheme. It is convenient for the office and also, not too far from the beautiful city of Lucca. Limited choice in the restaurant means if you are therefore more than a day you will need to find somewhere else to eat

Spacious hotel with plenty of room unlike the typical European hotels. Quiet, good location, great breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Free parking!
