We stayed for two nights to explore Lucca, prior to flying home from Pisa Airport. The exterior of the Villa appears art nouveau style, but the interior has been thoroughly modernised. It has a very pleasant garden with comfortable furniture and a few sun loungers. The Villa is near to the local football ground, ten minutes flat walk from the famous city walls. An ideal location. There is limited parking (€10 per day), but some of the streets nearby seem to allow parking as well. Breakfast in the (very) small dining room was surprisingly good.

Art Nouveau villa ten minutes from the walls, with internal parking! The welcome was courteous and familiar, the staff is really very kind and always available for any need or advice. For breakfast, included in the booking, upon request they made us find gluten-free products for a celiac person (all fresh and delicious!). The normal breakfast is also very good and quite varied! The rooms extremely clean and comfortable. What to say?! We recommend it!

Very elegant villa with attention to detail. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Spacious and well furnished room with a very comfortable bed, a detail that is not always obvious. Spacious bathroom, however we encountered a problem with the shower telephone which was not fixed for our short stay. The radiators were regulated by the timer directly from the reception and as far as we were concerned we would have preferred a higher temperature in the room as especially in the bathroom the room was not immediately hot, as the radiator was off and drafts of wind came in through the window. Furthermore, the air conditioner, placed on the heat, suddenly stopped working and this was a further failure that we did not expect. From what they told us, they were sudden failures. Excellent breakfast! Lots of sweet and savory products at the buffet, everything really excellent and a very good variety. Possibility to park the car on the street in the car parks near the stadium.

The structure is located near the entrance to the walls, in the Porta Elisa area. Very spacious double room, well lit, with exposed beams. They recently opened the Spa. Good breakfast. Courteous staff, clean spaces, comfortable environments.

I stayed one night with my partner in this property. Very nice and welcoming location. There is a beautiful garden with chairs and relaxing armchairs. Entering inside the impression is excellent and confirmation is found in the rooms: very clean and warm room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast varies both sweet and savory with pastry croissants, while for hot drinks it is the waitress who prepares them and serves them at the table. The girls at reception and in the bar are very helpful and courteous. It is possible to use the private outdoor parking with a supplement of €10. More than excellent value for money!
