Very spacious apartment could not have been more central to all the sights and brilliant, varied dining options.
Rachel, who checked us in, went well beyond her remit. She sorted out a digital interactive map of Lucca for us, tea bags, suggestions for dining from breakfast, ice creams, value suppers to high end. And she organised our taxi at thr end. We had the benefit of a fridge and brought yoghurt and fruit back, only to realise no bowls or cutlery are provided so Rachel brought us some of her own! Would suggest a minimal selection of plates and cutlery would be a bonus.
All in all a fabulous 2 nights. 3 days and we didnt want to leave!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very charming and had a perfect location. Rachel provided great dinner and activity recs to do in lucca and was very responsive over text. Will definitely want to come back and stay here!

This property will not take care of you. I booked the hotel on ******* as a last minute booking as I was on my way to Lucca from Turino which was a 3 hour drive. I was going to be checking in late and of course the small print says you have to let them know 48 hours in advance and within 2 minutes of me booking it I realized that I had booked it for the following week. So I immediately contacted ******* and the hotel and because it was non refundable they couldn't do anything. I get it. But minutes after I just booked it. They never responded. I even hit them on WhatsApp and they responded with hello. That was it. So I had to book another room for the night that I needed with another hotel. Definitely don't go there if you need any help or replies or have a problem once you're there.

Location scomodissima, con infiniti ripidissimi gradini. Arredi vecchi (non antichi) polverosi e sciatti. Bagno con impianti difettosi. Prezzo spropositato rispetto ai servizi (inesistenti) offerti. Evitate assolutamente, alla metà del prezzo ci sono hotel veramente confortevoli.
