酒店距離Lucca火車站非常近，出站後右手邊即是酒店。這是一家比較老的酒店，房間很大房間距很高，基本設施俱全，房間的窗户很大，通風采光良好。酒店的工作人員服務熱情周到，自然體貼為旅客提供很多幫助。酒店的早餐是比較簡單的西式早餐，簡單可口。Lucca是一座古城，城內道路不好走，所以短時間遊覽的旅客住在這家酒店最為方便，出站即達，特別適合行李較多的旅客。拉着大型行李箱千萬不要住在古城深處，出行會非常不便。

The hotel is in a good position and would be a great opportunity for families.
But the staff is very unprofessional, on the night shift they close the doors super early because the man who works at that time has to sleep.
At the reception they asked us for the documents and they did not return them on time, and we found out late when we were already in another city in the region and we also had to call ourselves because they did not even bother to call.
My advice is to be careful with the staff because they are very clueless.
