E' stata la nostra seconda visita a Lucca e abbiamo deciso di ritornare da Costanza e Agnese. Non abbiamo avuto dubbi su dove soggiornare: la Chiusa delle Monache è un posto perfetto perché è un'oasi verde a due passi dal centro. Pulitissimo e molto accogliente, la colazione dà molta soddisfazione, sia dolce che salata con cose tipiche lucchesi. Anche quest'anno abbiamo apprezzato i consigli (su posti da visitare e ristoranti) di Costanza. Grazie per aver reso indimenticabile la nostra vacanza.

We loved our two-day stay here. It's conveniently located outside the walls of Lucca but close enough to easily walk to the historic district. Parking was safe and secure behind a gated wall. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts phenomenal. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the wonderful medieval city of Lucca.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben sogar Wein von der Inhaberin kostenlos serviert bekommen als wir im schönen Garten saßen. Großes Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr sauber, Stadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gute Essenstipps, hervorragendes Frühstück (Wahl zwischen süßes italienisches oder herzhaftes Frühstück). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Nur die Betten waren etwas unbequem (harte Matratzen).

Bellissima struttura poco distante dal centro cittadino, creata rimodernando un antico fienile annesso ad un convento del '700. Massima cura del giardino e degli arredi e decori dell' interno. La proprietaria Costanza è stata accogliente offrendoci acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e la mattina la colazione è stata superlativa, fornendo anche ottimi prodotti senza glutine. Costanza ci ha dato anche importanti informazioni turistiche ed è stata sempre gentilissima. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza e consiglio questo b&b a chi vuole visitare la bellissima Lucca

Boendet var väldigt mysigt, låg på en lugn gata och det fanns en stor trädgård. Väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma ägare. Mysigt frukost med fantastiskt goda croissanter. Kunde inte haft det bättre.

Eccellente B&B ! La Sig.ra Agnese e la figlia Costanza sono di una gentilezza d’altri tempi! Ti fanno sentire a casa loro, a tuo agio. Colazione freschissima con prodotti ottimi di pasticceria artigianale, ottima anche quella salata e tutto abbondante . Posizione strategica con una passeggiata si raggiunge brevemente il centro di Lucca. Il B&B è molto silenzioso , noi abbiamo riposato benissimo Tutto il locale e le camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni servizio ( phon più diffusore , dettaglio non da poco !). Letto comodissimo. Noi ci ritorneremo SICURAMENTE e sempre in questo meraviglioso B&B!! Grazie a Costanza, alla Sig.ra Agnese ed al marito . CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

We stayed for 2 nights as a group of friends travelling around Italy. We were thrilled to have found this guest house. We received such a warm welcome and were treated like royalty. The rooms are full of character and rustic charm. The breakfast was truly superb and we felt truly spoilt. Constanza and her delightful Mum were so very helpful, attentive and charming. Thank you for our fantastic stay.

Consigliamo vivamente “La chiusa delle Monache” a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e confrontevole a Lucca! È senza dubbio un luogo in cui desideriamo ritornare appena possibile. Se state cercando un soggiorno che combini confort, comodità e cordialità, non guardate oltre! La posizione del B&B è estremamente comoda; situata a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Lucca. L’ospitalità di Costanza e della sua famiglia è stata incredibilmente calorosa e accogliente, rendendo ogni momento del nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La colazione preparata con i prodotti locali, sia dolce che salato, una vera delizia! La struttura stessa è bellissima, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che si nota in ogni angolo.
