I stayed here for a couple days and when I say the professionalism is awful here. I’d rate my stay a solid 2/10. The 2 would come from the room being very nice and the food being good as well. However, the security guys at the pool, the entertainment guys, the lifeguards must’ve all gotten their training at sexual harassment central. I wouldn’t recommend for any woman traveling alone or even as a group. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. It even took a whole day of calling, eventually having to go down to the front desk for them to even restock the mini fridge. Awful service.

Our stay was short yet very very sweet. Upon arrival Shaniqua and Hassan gave us a wonderful warm welcome and were always there to answer a questions or concerns. Very pleasant and helpful. I traveled with my 5 year old and was hesitant to use Kids Club at the resort because it would be his first time ever. But the experience was beyond expectations. He wanted to go everyday. Shaquana and Tia were his pals and he looked forward to going. I was also blown away by the efforts of the kids entertainment at night. I’m so amazed that he learnt the production in the short time. And it was Amazing!!!! Thank you to everyone who made the stay for my family memorable. Especially for a special 85th birthday. Also wanted to shout out Hakeem, friendly groundskeeping staff, always will to talk football with me.

We were informed wrong about the resort. We were told that it was an adult only resort. Way too many children everywhere. They were even allowed in the sports bar at any time of the day.

The staff and bar tenders were great. But the beach is rocky with sharp rocks on most of the beach. The Steak restaurant was good. Indian restaurant was great and the others were marginal with the seafood being awful. The Friday night show was a Bob Marlee tribute and they were really good. The beds were comfortable, but the minibar stocking service was not very responsive. The security box never worked despite several calls. Finally, there is a lot of walking! Big spread out property. No elevators either and there are 3 floors for the rooms. I saw only 1 swim up bar but didn't really want to use the pools since there were lots of kids in the pools.

Food was terrible and out of stock in most restaurants. We were misguided on the excursion we booked from property at overly charged price. Property checkin process was quite laidback and took around 3 hours to get room key. I have booked couple of vacations through ******* but this was not a right decision. Looking forward to speak with customer service soon on this.
