I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

From the moment I arrived for my first visit to India I was overwhelmed with the hospitality , friendliness and immaculate gardens and reception. The flower display was incredible . I was visiting ffrom England for my cousin Andrew and ruby Hasan wedding . What an incredible experience . I got to see the whole set up from my room which overlooked the gardens and pool. The room , bedding , bed bathroom etc was super comfortable and luxurious. And the housekeeper was there 24/7 Monica and mr Pandey and team were thr most hospitable team I have met . Next was breakfast . What an incredible spread yet again top marks to all the team in the breakfast room. All together my experience in the Taj Mahal was a fantastic one and a trip that will live in my heart forever . Thankyou for making it perfect . I will be bk soon

We highly recommend Taj Lucknow because of its friendly and professional staff, who consistently ensured a welcoming and attentive experience throughout our stay, especially by Mr. Pawan Punetha, Soumya and team in the restaurant for taking care of our special dietary requirements and Ms. Aisha and Mr. Bhagat Singh in the Travel Division for our safe and comfortable Prayagraj Mahakumbh round trip arrangements on 24th Feb. We are charmed by the hotel's cozy atmosphere, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches like traditional light lamp, tilak, complimentary mala, and refreshments. The spotless comfortable beds are complemented by a quiet environment, promising a restful stay. While we have noticed that the room is compact and lacks lighting, the overall cleanliness and convenient location close to the attractions are excellent, offering guests a good value for their stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Taj Lucknow!

Our stay at your property was nothing short of a remarkable vacation, that left us heavy hearted while checking out. Right from booking support till checkout, every moment was a soothing and relaxing experience. However, a few hitchbacks, if taken care, could be next to perfection.. 1. AC wasn't working well. However, we were offered a different room, but it was too much of work for us to pack. 2. Water in washbasin, wasn't draining fast. 3. We had a wrong bill as room service while checkout. Anyways, after explaining, it was removed from the bill. A special thanks to Pooja, Muskan, Umar and other front staff for a warm welcome.. There were other few who, I can't remember the names. In short, this is one of the best stay, we had... Will wait for another opportunity to experience. Good job, Taj👌

We stayed in the property for two nights. In tems of location, the hotel is centrally placed in lucknow city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and lobbies are also well maintained. The food in the hotel is good, especially the breakfast spread. The best part about the hotel is the service, this really pulls it up. Would especially like to thank Ms. Monika for her excellent service. Overall, an excellent property to stay.

Beautiful interior and food was very 😋,They made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The atmosphere and Ambience were amazing. The Staff was well behaved and friendly with everyone at every point of the corner. It was a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful Staying with Lucknow at Taj.
