Quite a bad experience: Dinner - made my order and waited. After 45min asked about my order and was told everything Ok. After 1h the same answer. After 1:15h paid the beer and left restaurant without dinner! Luckly McDonalds is close by. Room nice but TV remote control doesn't work. Cleanliness - Hair dryer, room corner, ... need proper cleaning So, not planning to return as customer.

Recently while on a business trip, had a chance to stay at this hotel. Fortunately they gave me the room with a best view. It is located in the city center adjacent to the public park and away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food.

Awful…bar doesn’t open until 9pm. Restaurant served limited buffet food and although the staff are friendly the food is poor. The only excuse they offer is low on staff. They have no interest in increasing revenue by offering a more friendly professional service. Suit rooms are tired with stains on the floors and holes on the curtains. (Photos to follow) pool is the one redeeming feature, gym is dangerous and I’ll equipt do not book if you want the gym.

Second Stay in that Hotel. Unlike first Stop we were disappointed. The carpet in the room was a mass, spotted and blurry. Receptionist friendly but not authorized to touch up. Manager sitting 3 meters from desk, not interested. Early Check- in fee at 12.30h

I had to book spontaneously for one night. 1 person 1 night. I was expecting a small room because the stay was short and only for one person. I got a huge room with a king-size double bed and a nice big bathroom. A really positive surprise. The facilities in the house are absolutely fine. The service is friendly and competent. To improve the really good overall impression, I suggest a better selection of rolls at the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was only pre-baked goods, either wheat (dry) or rye. Multigrain would be a better solution here. I wasn't the only one who asked for different rolls in the morning.
