Staf is very bad. Dirty room and take extra money for food service

We have booked 2 ac rooms. First good things: 1) polite and co-operative staff. 2) good location: near to the railway station & bus stand. 3) near to the wholesale and retail market 4) king size bed, neat and clean bedding, towels. 5) work tv with recharged set-top box. 6) easy check-in and check-out. Area of improvement. 1) ac required service to increase cooling. 2) plumbing needs service to increase water pressure in the shower. 3) all plug points need to be checked for mobile charging. 4) menu card don't have rates. 5) no kitchen. 6) tea cost 25, but bringing from local tappari.

The hotel was very neat and clean. Staff was also very friendly. I recommend this hotel to whoever is travel-ling from ludhiana

The hotel was suffocating without ventilation. And ac was not working at all. Bathroom would have been better
