This is a cute and modern place to stay in downtown Ludlow. The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. I left my purse at the bar and one of the owners kindly came over early to help me locate it from their office. They were very attentive even though there is no front desk there. The coffee bar is great to make some coffee first thing in the morning. Great touch! The bar/restaurant had such a fun and cool vibe. Food and drinks were amazing and it was a packed apres scene everyday we were there! Location can’t be beat. Overall highly recommend!

Have stayed here a few times over past few years, mostly for late season skiing at Okemo. Owners are the couple who own/manage the place across the street, so it's a good local small business to support. Even thou place has remote, no front desk personnel check-in, owners are only a phone call away - I needed new batteries for TV remote and they came quickly. I also noticed (once remote working) that no local TV channels were available. I shoulda called them again, as I checked with owners after my stay and they said the DirectTV system was malfunctioning then, but eventually fixed. My room had a king bed, but room itself was small, bathroom also small, no desk (no room for one). Bed comfy. The morning make-your-own-pot-of-coffee was a nice touch, especially since no local restaurants open for breakfast on Wednesdays. If you bring your own fruit, breakfast bars, etc., you can enjoy lots of coffee in your room. It's also easy walking distance to DJs, one of the few restaurants open for dinner on Tuesdays. It's not cheap, but rates in Ludlow have skyrocketed since the pandemic it seems.

My daughter and I stayed at M&M midweek to do some Vermont skiing and we had a great stay. As others have said, these are smartly designed, stylish, and modern rooms with comfy beds and good storage options. We did not have an issue with the noise since the bar was closed during our visit, which was unfortunate because it looks charming. The shower was surprisingly good with nice locally sourced shampoo, etc. Their “invisible service” worked great. One night around 10pm it was warm in our room (it was unseasonably warm for VT in February) and we texted the # asking for a fan. Within minutes, it was delivered to our room. Whoever was answering my texts was super responsive and it was comforting that even without a front desk, someone was there for us. It’s important to know that while this is a great place, it is a motel with no lobby, hallways, and a parking lot not far from your window, etc. I gave it 5 stars because it is a standout against similar places but you should be eyes wide open booking it. We stayed 2 nights and by the 2nd night, I missed having a lobby to any place to go for a change of scenery after dinner. If the bar had been open, it would’ve helped. This is not a knock against the M&M but more my personal preference.

Really cute and modern place in Ludlow. Love the invisible service. Great idea for independence and privacy. The room was clean and modern and newly renovated. Self serve coffee and tea room is clean and stocked. Bed was comfortable. There was a binder with all the info you need about the hotel and the town. It was so fun to read about how the owners acquired the building and spent a year renovating it. The style they picked is perfect and really made my stay pleasant. The bar wasn't open during my stay but it seemed like a very fun place with a cool vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on a Monday night and the bar wasn’t open. No management or hotel desk staff on site during our stay. Everything was done through email and keyless entry code. It was different than what I’m used to, but the owner was super responsive when we didn’t get our email with the entry code. The room was nice and modern and the bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my entire week stay in Vermont. They have a coffee room accessible 24/7 and it was fully stocked and super cute. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I only wish we had been there on a night when the bar was open to experience it fully and to enjoy the outdoor patio/fire pits.

First, not sure why this is listed as a B&B - its a motel - albeit a nicely renovated one. We loved most things about our stay - but couldn't give it 5 stars due to the noise. If you are a sound sleeper you might be fine but the doors closing, sounds like cupboards being closed in the AM for a long time, and general street noise coming in held it back. Some soft closing doors, maybe sound covering of the A/C unit or new windows to keep the street noise out and this would be a perfect stay in Ludlow/Okemo. For 1/2 the price of Jackson Gore - this REALLY deserves a try. Maybe a room in back or ear plugs (even the noise machine couldn't drown out all the louder noises). Definitely go to the bar for a GREAT cocktail or super beer & wine selection. Just wish there was a better snack selection (maybe VT Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Crackers?? Who wants potato chips with a Craft Cocktail? Odd choice. Room were modern updated, super comfy king bed, CLEAN bathroom with great soaps. Overall an excellent job with an old property - just need to figure out those noise issues.
