Nestor Hotel Ludwigsburg Reviews

The hotel surroundings and exterior is in a beautiful place. Not directly in the town center but 10mins walk. Room was ok, but for the price I had expected a kettle for tea or coffee and hotel slippers. You have to shower in a bathtub. There was no shampoo or body lotion either. Our bedroom was just above the outside dining space and there was a group of very loud guest talking and laughing until 2am which disturbed us a lot even with closed windows. Breakfast was nice but the coffee machine was out of order. I would not choose this hotel again.

Hotel location great, city center can be reached in 5 minutes. We were even able to stay in the hotel until 2 p.m It's a very good breakfast buffet

We went there for pumpkin festival and a say in Stuttgart. We arrived several hours early but they allowed us in our room right away. We parked at the hotel and took the train into Stuttgart. Easy walking to public transportation. This is our go to hotel when we want a weekend getaway to Stuttgart

This was my second stay at the Ludwigsburg Nestor. I stay here when I come to Germany to visit family. The Nestor always delivers high quality at affordable prices. Comfortable rooms. Attentive staff. Incredible food. If you’re planning to see the palace and gardens this is the best location. You can easily walk there via the path behind the hotel. It’s a beautiful walk with many photo opportunities.

The Nestor is a lovely place to stay in Ludwigsburg. It is only a short walk to the shopping centre and Schloss. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. There is a restaurant and bar on site.

This hotel is in a historic building but is thoroughly modern in comfort and amenities. I have stayed here many times and love the hotel. It's just a short walk to the city center for shopping and dining, and to the Baroque palace and gardens a few blocks away. The buffet breakfast is a real treat.

The hotel is well located to the city centre. Room was comfortable and facilities pleasing. Staff were delightful

Extremely warm room and the AC did not work. Is did notify the front desk about it but nothing happened. The stuff in the breakfast room were rather unfriendly and unprofessional to understand what and when would need to be done. Very poor “gym”.

It was nice, the room was small but decent. The shower was very nice.

nice property. staff friendly but lack proper front desk service. Because of VIO I received a late check out until 1 pm and then the evening before my departure I received a nite from the front desk manager asking me to leave by 10a. This hotel normal check out policy is by 11a.
