Não voltaria
Local distante da cidade que dificulta vc buscar qualquer opção fora. Valores de alimentação e bebidas estimulam a buscar opcoes fora. Fora piscina, pouco entretenimento. Não houve nenhuma programação para crianças. Praia não é apropriada para banho, cheio de pedras.

No geral a nossa estadia foi muito boa
Pontos positivos:
Funcionários atenciosos, limpeza impecável e o café da manhã com muita variedade e tudo delicioso.
Pontos negativos:
Como é distante de tudo, acabamos fazendo praticamente todas as refeições no hotel, e não é permitido a entrada de alimentos e as condições de parcelamento são ruins . Eles só parcelam as despesas a partir de R$ 600,00 em duas vezes.
Sugestão de melhoria: Um ofurô ou hidromassagem com água morna...

Excelente local
O local é muito agradável para família, principalmente para crianças. E também para casais. O hotel tem uma "praia particular, além de um ótima piscina adulto e muito boa área de piscina e entretenimento para crianças. Restaurante com bom cardápio e música ao vivo aos fins de semana.

É um hotel 4 estrelas. Não avalio como resort.
O lugar é lindo, fantástico! Os funcionários são muito educados e cordiais. Mas Infelizmente a limpeza deixou muuuito a desejar. Tinha muitas moscas no resort. Até nos quartos. A comida é bem saborosa. Mas, olha, precisa melhorar bastante. Para carregar o nome de resort, tem que ter mais qualidade nos serviços.

O local é muito bonito e a infraestrutura muito boa.
Os funcionários são excelentes e muito simpáticos.
E esta simpatia compensa um pouco a nítida falta de treinamento da equipe.
Nossa experiencia nao foi das melhores. O isolamento acustico do quarto é muito ruim (até o caminhar do hospede do quarto de cima é ouvido embaixo). os funcionarios conversam na area de servico atras dos blocos a esquerda e o barulho comeca cedo.
O restaurante tem nítidos problemas de gestao. Serviram uma comida muito boa num dia. Em outro nos serviram uma galinha caipira queimada (encomendada no incio da manha). informamos e sequer recebemos um pedido de desculpas. A noite uma pizza brotinho levou uma hora e meia pra ficar pronta.
E o bar da praia fecha muito cedo.
Sugestao a quem for: exija ficar em quarto do andar de cima em bloco do lado direito. DEvem ser menos barulhentos que os de baixo em blocos do lado esquerdo.

Excelente hotel, com ótimo atendimento, tanto da recepção como das áreas de restaurante/bares/piscina. A praia é "privativa". Ótimo para família ou casal. Vale muito para descansar, ou para viagem romântica ou para amigos aproveitarem um fim de semana.
