Hotel gemütlicher Charme aber Service zu wünschen
Hotel grundsätzlich sehr gemütlich. Starke Abweichungen der Zimmer bei gleicher Kategorie Buchung, dies dürfte nicht sein.
Service lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, am Empfang sollte man an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten. Es wurden 3 Zimmer über mich reserviert, für mich und 2 Kollegen und angegeben, dass jeder vor Ort selbst zahlt. Am morgen kam man zum Check-Out und alle Zimmer wurden einfach über die hinterlegte Kreditkarte verrechnet. Ohne Zustimmung darf dies nicht passieren.

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel
Wir fanden es sehr schön im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zu einem Restaurant musste mab ein bisschen gehen, aber dafür hat man im Hotel und um dem Hotel eine wunderbare Stille.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll.
