This was a fantastic find for our short visit to Mendoza. Beautiful accommodations in an old wine estate. Wine is flowing and their dinner experience provided some of the best food we had in Argentina. A great place for kicking off visits to local wineries. Would return in a heartbeat.

Wow! What a stunning place to stay. This boutique hotel and winery is a beautiful place to stay. My wife and I stayed here on the Mendoza stop of our Argentina honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. It was both of our favorite place we stayed the entire trip. There are vineyards on site which you can walk through plus they offer complimentary wine and tapas every evening at the onsite cafe. I will note that it is very quiet and pretty much all couples so depends what you are looking for, but it's a fantastic option for a romantic stay!

The minute the gate opened I fell in love with this gem. It’s truly an oasis you’d never know existed if walking by on the street. My suite #24 felt secluded even though it was part of the stone house. It was roomy with a huge bed, large shower and bathtub with view onto the vines. From my bed I could see the pool and vineyard. The suites’ private outdoor area with loungers was a peaceful place to tuck away and sip wine. Finca Adalgisa is all about ultimate hospitality and comfort. The property layout is thoughtfully designed for peace and relaxation. You’ll find chickens roaming around, the friendliest, most cuddly cats and fruit trees everywhere. There are wine and water dispensers available 24/7 for guests to access when reception or the bodega are closed. The bodega is fantastic! Creative, delicious food and lovely local wines on offer. Breakfast is fantastic served by Jazmin and her colleagues and my favourite server at the bodega is Candela who made me feel welcome and part of the community of Finca Adalgisa with her warm smile and thoughtful service. Teresa was excellent to work with leading up to my stay and Augustina and Martina were there for me when I needed anything. Muchos Gracias all!

Honestly how this place is only 3* is absurd. Its absolutely beautiful and rates 5* across the board for us. The location is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet and peaceful. We had a superior room in the old house and it was enormous with a bathroom I want to remodel my own into. The staff were impeccable throughout and so helpful - from making us a late night snack when we arrived to booking excellent wine tours. The food in the restaurant is delicious and we highly recommend the cookery class. I wish we had more nights booked and will definitely return one day. Might even be my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful grounds with vineyard and many seating areas. The room was clean and well supplied. Both types of outlets available. Vintage furniture matched the theme of the hotel. Water tap on the grounds for refilling bottles with plain or carbonated water. Bottles provided. Also a wine dispenser. WiFi pretty good. Cell reception good. Nice area for enjoying a glass of wine and a small appetizer each evening. They do have a menu but it is all tapas. We went to the cooking demonstration and did make empanadas. The aprons were adorable. The dinner was delicious and very filling. The reception staff was friendly and caring, though perhaps less helpful than other places we’ve stayed. Walking off property is somewhat challenging. On or off, not handicapped friendly. There are nice restaurants nearby. Uber is iffy. Glad we had pre-arranged excursions with drivers. Only issue was noise of traffic and dogs nearby. They was also a rambunctious American wedding party that disturbed the peacefulness well into the wee hours and seemed unaware of others’ presence at the wine bar and pool. Slept with ear plugs and did best to ignore, but very disappointing to see Americans behaving so poorly.

A hidden oasis… other reviews were right… look beyond the walls and gates (and even the graffiti on neighboring walls)! The rooms are lovely, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and accommodating! An easy walk to some shops and restaurants. But on-site breakfast and happy hour are delish too.

If you are considering booking Finca Adalgisa, DO IT!!!! We just returned from a trip that included a stay here and it was absolutely wonderful! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed, it is very nicely thought out and appointed. Breakfasts each day were wonderful with homemade breads, meats and cheeses, fruit and the option to order yogurt or eggs. The evening wine and tapa was also fantastic, we went each night and the tapa changes each night and each was was absolutely delicious. We also attended the cooking class which was really fun and the food amazing! Christina the chef was so helpful and entertaining and knowledgeable. The staff was also extremely helpful in planning some excursions and suggestions for things to do in the area. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I hope we can go back someday!!!

Seriously, from the outside, you will NOT know what is inside. It looks like an ordinary wall, possibly hiding a gated community or other cluster of buildings. Instead, what is hidden inside is heavenly. A hotel, a restaurant, a vineyard, a pool, and so much more. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Excellent beds. Outlets that can take more than one kind of plug. Water at the ready. Spacious without being overwhelming. The vineyard is glorious to walk through. There are cats and chickens. You can smell the future of the wine that you are about to drink. And then there is the restaurant. You will have the option to take a cooking class with the on-site chef. DO IT. Chef Cristina is exceptional and will teach you the most amazing way to make an empanada and the right way to cook a steak. And the food... was almost life-changingly good.

Great experience. Rooms and common areas very tasteful and unique. Wine made locally is also very good along with appetizers and asados. Service is friendly and the gardens are superb. Love the pool right by the vineyard and sitting by the restaurant deck during sunset.

This charming hotel and winery is the perfect home base for exploring Mendoza. We immediately felt comfortable and calm. We loved the evening glass of wine offered at the winery and the food was also great.

This hotel is wonderful! It’s relaxing, beautifully decorated (in a rustic style). The gardens are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Gabriella, the owner, is extremely professional and charming and ensures that everything runs completely smoothly. We loved this place and have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending it.

Came here as a stop on our honeymoon and could not have been happier. The finca is an absolute dream - peaceful, charming, and bursting with character. The service was amazing, food and wine bar superb, the pool surrounded by vineyards is gorgeous...we could go on and on. We stayed in a deluxe two-story room and were impressed with every detail. Wish we could come back every year!

NO VOLVERÍA JAMÁS.
