Awesome experience with beautiful views, warm and perfect welcome! breakfast and hotel rooms are comfortable and worthpay. I recommend this resort and would return indeed. Receptionist and hotel management team are very kind and supportive for any need you may have during your stay.

El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada, un entorno hermoso, paisaje muy bonito. La habitación es muy cálida y completa. El equipo del hotel es muy servicial y atento a todo lo que la estadia necesita. Muy atentos y dispuestos a que nuestro viaje sea perfecto. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno, tanto el desayuno como la cena. Es totalmente recomendable.

Foi uma experiência incrível, desde antes da nossa chegada. Front Desk do hotel Matias e Charlie muito atenciosos conosco! Preocupados com nossos horários de chegada, se tínhamos transfer, se tínhamos restrição alimentar, tudo consultado antes da nossa chegada! Ao chegarmos fomos recepcionados Com welcome wine, além de todo carinho e simpatia de todos. São super preocupados em atender todas as nossas necessidades, nos indicaram a empresa da Flor - Wild Flora Travel designs para nos ajudar em todos os passeios e indicações de lugares inesquecíveis. A Flor e Greice foram incríveis conosco, simpáticas e muito receptivas também. Fizeram todos os passeios com paciência e zero pressa. Isso faz muita diferença para quem está querendo passear e curtir os lugares. Sobre a acomodação, ficamos na suite número 5. Tudo muito lindo, aconchegante, charmoso e transmite uma paz incrível. Única consideração, poderia ter pantufa para ao sairmos da cama não pisarmos no chão gelado pois o piso é todo de cerâmica . Mas isso não estragou em nada nossa estadia e experiência neste maravilhoso hotel.

We arrived and were welcomed with a glass of Malbec while watching the sunset over the Andes mountains! Suite was spacious, but cozy with a roaring fire, large bathroom and a smaller, but functional kitchen. We loved the restaurant which was intimate and quiet with great food and wine. Staff was truly wonderful, helping us plan our time months in advance and helping throughout our stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

Una linda experiencia, empezando por la Vista a la cordillera, el paisaje y la tranquilidad que se vive. La arquitectura contrasta con este paisaje. Impresiona!! Las habitaciones muy confortables, y con el diseño y color que ayudan a relajar La atención nos encantó, muy atentos a lo que necesitábamos Muy amables todos!
