The room felt smaller than in the pictures. There's an AC, a little bag of shampoo, a bar of soap and shower gel. You get a bottle of water for free as well.
The place is extremely close to the tourist bus stop (3 minutes on foot). There's a nice restaurant called Dako, recommended by the owner, where you can get breakfast and all kinds of meals. Lumbini itself is opposite, which is also very convenient.

Best option for the budget!
I totally agreed with the reviews on this lodge.
What I liked the most was the service that the owner provided me with.
Super fast response and trying to help me as much as possible.
This is not a 3 star hotel so you need to bear some unconfortable things
(hot water and electiricity) but it will be managed by kind owner.
I will definitely stay here again with my friends.

Come and stay awhile. Jupiter’s a knowledgeable native of this area and have been running this home away from home for decades together with his wife. An experienced guide of all the Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Lumbini as well as beyond, ask for his guided tours. If you’re vegan or vegetarian there’s an excellent restaurant across his, or request to have meals with his family, like I have.

The hotel owner is very nice! He is a passionate Hindu! The hotel is also very close to the Sacred Garden and the bus station. If you are flexible about hot water for showering and cleanliness of bedsheets, it is not bad to stay here for one night! If you are traveling as a couple or family, it is recommended to go to other larger hotels.

Overall it's pretty good. The hotel is located in the center of Lumbini Village. The long-distance bus station is right next to it. There are several small supermarkets. The food is mainly Nepali food. There is only one Chinese restaurant in the town.

Small, family-run structure that develops around an internal courtyard. The staff was really very kind and made me feel at home. The room I was given was clean and comfortable (considering the price). The location of the structure is on one of the main streets of the small village adjacent to the Lumbini park, a stone's throw from entrance number 5 of the park itself. In the area there are several restaurants and minimarkets (one of which is attached to the same structure). The internal courtyard would need maintenance and, in general, to be better maintained. When I stayed there was an unsafe shelter and the tables and chairs where breakfast was served were in bad condition. The area is a bit invaded by mosquitoes (but the beds are equipped with mosquito nets).
