Before going to hotel, we called them and told them that today we would check in as we booked a room in their hotel 2 months ago and also already paid. But then, they tell me that they are fully booked and they dont have any room for us. Even though we booked two months ago and already paid the full amount. After getting angry at them, then they say, they will arrange a room for us. When we go there to check in, the reception said the same thing that they are fully booked and they cannot give us any room. They agreed that they see our booking in their system but they told me that they forgot to wrote our booking down and gave our room to someone else. It was awful. And then when I told them that I would call police on them for cheating on us, they give us a room. And then next day, one of their staff came to me apologizing for this and told us that they would give us complimentary dinner and when we were checking out they brought us a bill for the dinner!!!! And the staff was super rude to us. Never saw such a bad service. Another thing: we asked them about breakfast one night before as we had to leave next morning somewhere early. they said that there will be a buffet starting from 6 to 9.30. we told them specifically that we would come down at 8 as we have to leave at 8.30. when we came down they tell us that there is no buffet and then we found that they were lying to us. there was buffet but it was finished earlier as there was a big group and they did not feel the need to renew it just for two of us even though we were on time and told them one day before!! Very bad service. Literally gave us headaches!! I would highly recommend "Buddha Maya Gardens Resort, Lumbini Hotel" instead of this hotel. We went there afterwards and it was amazing and beautiful, with amazing service
