Worst hotel ever been to. The staff is bad, does the staff expect us to be familiar with the system? Very rude. Customer service out. The system is really bad, self check in is troublesome. The room is very dirty, my body itches after returning from this hotel. I think they don't change the sheets, there is hair in the blanket. The worst thing is the smell of the room. Another toilet smells like a public toilet. The smell is really strong, I threw up after going to the toilet. And the room is very narrow. Deluxe king room, but there is no room to pray, it's hard. Check out quickly because I can't stand it, my body itches after entering this room. Overalls from the staff, the room to the parking lot are all out. I rarely want to complain as long as it's acceptable, but this hotel is totally out. If possible, I would give a rating of 0/10. Very bad hotel. If you want to regret it, please book this hotel.
