首先預訂的房間是有一份伴手禮的，入住了2晚，等到前台退房被告知衹有一份伴手禮，我問為什麼，前台説因為衹有退房的時候給，這回答的也是沒誰了，不是在意那份伴手禮就幾個小吃，衹是我花錢了，買了2天的住宿，我要是就住一晚不也是退房正常給嗎？為啥住2晚給一份？其次房間隔音極差，快1點了被四面八方的聲音吵醒，保安上來敲過一次門也無濟於事，不想計較那麼多，總之以後不會再入住此酒店！

酒店地理位置很好，出門是老集公交站，去麗景門、應天門、洛邑古城等景點很方便。附近小吃店也多，對面還有大超市。前台的女孩子們也很熱情活潑。房間衞生打掃及時，還會送酸奶和小零食。總體很好！
