Loved the location, quite serene, beautiful room, gym/quiet yoga space to work out. Breakfast spread selection was good, with a good international section, good selection of ham, cheese as well as as local dishes, noodles, fruits and even yogurt drink. We were impressed with the easy pickup service from train station and customer service from 赵嘉璐, 高高昊阳 through out our stay. She even recommended a noodle place (so very good) with yummy freshly baked meat pie, which is a local crusty pastry like bread with freshly stir-fry/BBQ donkey meat. Overall, all the service people we met there were kind and helpful. Thank you a lovely and warm stay in Luoyang 😍

Since it's a recently opened hotel everything is clean and new. Room is big and affordable. The food from the Chinese restaurant is very disappointing. Good thing is after giving feedback to the chef, the restaurant allowed us to return the dish.

This is a brand new hotel with the new building scents. I had to change the room because of the strange smell. It seems like the building was not built for a 5 star hotel as it does not have the required facilities and the cleanliness of a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

This time the room is very large and comfortable, and the row of sofas and small round tables by the window are very convenient to use. The quality of bedding and bath towels is good. The toiletries are from Jurlique, with double wash basins and capsule coffee machines, which greatly improve the comfort of staying. The service is even more surprising: 1. There are 4 bottles of water in the room, and the guest room will be replenished at any time, which is especially suitable for people like me who love to drink water. 2. The turndown service is also very good. In addition to providing good night milk, there is also a special sleep-aid aromatherapy. 3. When checking in, the front desk prompts that the self-service laundry room on the third floor can be used. I didn't plan to wash it, but I walked over after dinner on the first day and found that the laundry room was not only large, but also very comfortable. It provided several kinds of tea, and you could make tea while waiting for the laundry. I enjoyed it happily, and the clothes washed with detergent smelled good! 4. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock, which is perfect for me who is used to getting up late! There are many varieties, and the products are very delicate and taste good. There are many vegetables and many types of bread. Surprisingly, sashimi is also provided for breakfast, but because it is not my breakfast habit, there is no choice, and it looks good. I am very picky about milk and juice at home. The ice milk and grapefruit juice provided for breakfast taste very good😊To be honest, I am not used to eating local Henan dishes. The Western breakfast every morning provides me with nutrition for the day😂 5. The high-speed rail station pick-up service provided by the concierge is also very considerate, and I will contact and wait in advance. Although the hotel is adjacent to Longmen Station, the hotel's car is more comfortable and convenient. The key is that you won't encounter cars with peculiar smells like when you take a private car😄 6. The staff in the hotel will greet you warmly, which shows that the management and training are of high standards. Location: Turn right out of the hotel front desk and you can enter Dahehui. Although Dahehui has just opened and is not yet perfect, you can see the unique positioning and design. Just walking around can be regarded as adding a small attraction😊 The two-day stay added a lot of points to the trip to Luoyang! The hotel accommodation is comfortable and warm. The fruit and peony cakes were delicious. In the evening, milk and aromatherapy essential oils were also provided. The service was really considerate. This self-driving trip from Beijing to Luoyang was awesome! The hotel we booked at Dahehui was a wise choice. The location is excellent, close to the Longmen High-speed Railway Station, and within half an hour to Longmen Grottoes and other attractions. The hotel has a good environment, unique design and decoration, large and comfortable rooms, double wash basins and capsule coffee machines. Free parking and charging stations are available. The service is even more surprising, with pick-up and inquiry, welcome fruit snacks, night bed service with good night milk and aromatherapy, timely water replenishment, breakfast until 10 o'clock, and rich variety. Super satisfied!
