因要去白馬寺和少林寺要在洛陽住2個晚上特意選在這個酒店，進出很方便，大堂特別大氣明亮寬敞，很有設計感，到了房間更喜歡了，前台的服務員特別貼心，耐心介紹各個景點路上注意事項，總之住的非常舒服，特別謝謝前台的黃彥朔，我們早上走的特別早，他一直邦我們提行李送到車上，下次來還會選擇這個酒店，停車也非常方便。

101分的滿意，雖然一開始的房間空調製冷出現了問題，但是最後聯繫到當天值班的經理之後馬上解決了問題，免費升級換到了景觀更好更大的房型，還贈送了每一天的早餐，而且酒店的設施都是新的，從進門的服務員到前台到經理到清潔人員最後到送高鐵站的司機，每一個工作人員的態度都要比知名品牌的五星級酒店還要好，最後離開時經理還送了伴手禮，接送高鐵還是免費的，實在是無法挑剔了，下次來肯定再入住的

這是我住酒店以來第一次這麼生氣，入住之後發現酒店房間明顯沒有平台顯示的36到40㎡，實際估計有沒有30都兩説，致電前台，前台説因該是32到37㎡，那我説就是虛假宣傳咯？結果前台給了我一個有生以來第一次聽説的解釋，他們標註的是建築面積，好傢伙，現在住酒店也要講究得房率了唄？然後在房間床上發現一條三釐米長的綠色蟲子在那蠕動，把我孩子嚇得不輕，結果我去前台説明情況，前台微笑着跟我説最近天氣潮濕，蟲子比較多也沒有辦法，然後就沒有然後了，很難想象這是一家五星酒店，這服務培訓也沒誰了，最不濟也該主動給我換個床品吧？房間各種衞生問題也不敢恭維，設施也一點不像一家剛開張的新酒店，各種臟亂差，浴室門也關不上，洗完澡外面一地水，具體看照片視屏，真想爆粗口，真是一次難忘的體驗………

總體性價比不錯，但還是有些細節不盡人意，包含硬、軟件。
洗手枱外延太寬，1.2米多的小孩洗手都要大人協助開水龍頭，而且衹能洗到手指😅
雖然新店，但房間細節衞生還是要加強，不一一説明瞭。畢竟總體裝修和服務是向高星級看齊的。
淋浴間地面設計有問題，水會順流到浴室外。
總之改善空間很大，領導要做好巡查👍

位置：距離城中心打車大概要40-50元，到龍門石窟25左右，也就是説，這個位置前不着村後不着店，不是自駕又不想打車太費錢慎選。
設施：説是25.4.19才開業，但是各種設施一言難盡，門下沉很難開，衞生間膠條都能掉了，推拉還能貼反，水池子高的，身高低於1.7的，無論男女真的會不停的濕身，最可怕的是熱水出來都是黃泥湯，電梯不是壞了就沒反應，按鈕的部分整面都差點掉下來，真害怕。除了空間還算大，其他的都感覺很荒涼。
衞生：一邊施工一邊營業，到處都是土，房間裏的頭髮都不知道是誰的。
服務：各種硬件軟件都配不上這個級別，不知道是什麼原因有這種底氣，各種要求均不能滿足，另外，預訂的時候顯示有歡迎水果，然而一個果皮都沒見到。
並沒有接送服務，也未提供什麼免費漢服租賃，總之，平台應該要治理一下了，誇大宣傳有點太過度了，基本都是騙人的。

今年新開的酒店，酒店大堂裝修豪華，但是房間設施、衞生差強人意（1、一次性拖鞋是有人穿過的；2、空調控制面板是壞的；3、衞生間洗手池旁邊的紙巾盒裡的紙巾全是濕的；4、體重秤上面水印沒有擦乾淨；5、前台説晚上9點以後空調供暖風，可是等到晚上10店依然是自然風），前台服務一般。總體來説酒店是攜程五鑽名不副實。
