The wifi in the hotel is very bad. . Very slow and cannot login to some websites. The breakfast is horrible. No coffee and tea. I had to bring tea bags from the room to make my own tea. The food selection is very limited. The only good point is it is 800 meters from the Longmen railway station. I don’t recommend this hotel. There should be better hotels in Luoyang

Amazing hotel. Location is perfect, people are lovely , the rooms are nice and clean.

Clean and comfortable, lovely staff. Breakfast was so-so and housekeeping did not wipe coffee drips and shaver stubble around sink, but everything else was great.

We really enjoyed everything! The only thing we would have liked a little richer was the breakfast: a few more fruits and coffee would have suited our tastes. Thank you for your hospitality!

My suitcase had been delivered to the hotel in advance, and they called me to confirm the arrival time. Why didn't they keep the room, but said that there was only this one? Was I the last one to book the room? Later, the security uncle came to help change the bed sheet and quilt cover.

The location is good, next to the train station, and the room size is OK. However, the hygiene is a bit poor. There are hairs on the bedside table and sofa that have not been cleaned, and the towels are stained and still in use.
