Huayang Plaza Hotel Reviews

I recommend staying here to families, international or domestic, for a few reasons: very friendly and professional services at check in and check out, housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast menu each morning had authentic Chinese menu. Ask about drop services if traveling by trains. The location is convenient to two malls, directly across from them. There were amazing food shops on the top floors of the Wanda Mall, where there were natives to of Luoyang eat and shop. The locals can tell definitely spot tourists. We visited the Buddhist Grottoes in Longmen and stayed in Luoyang.

Great experience staying at Huayang. The service is outstanding, and all the staff are amazing. They do their best to satisfy all our needs. Definitely will come back in the future and recommend friends to stay here too. We also bought several bottles of the Huayang source and they taste great.

The hotel was really amazing and it accepts foreigners. The lobby staff are really friendly and they were quite supportive. The rooms were fully booked quite fast so I had to stay alone in a family room. The room was excellent with a wonderful view as you can see on photos, and everything was fresh. They also provide some refreshments and one can always get fruits for free. The food at the restaurant was quite nice and fresh so I can still recommend that. Generally, I had a wonderful stay!

Hotel service was superb. Free snacks and drinks upon request. Staff was very helpful and introduced a great guide. Though the hotel is old and toilet small, they make it up with their excellent service

I stayed at Huayang for 5 nights and it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is very good, couple of shopping malls across the street and a couple more few blocks away. Plenty of food choices in or around the malls. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Hotel has a pretty extensive breakfast buffet, there is a bar inside serving food and drinks. Lunch and dinner are available without leaving the hotel. Free snacks/drinks/5 different types of pillows to choose from and can be delivered to the room. Free shuttles to train station and airport. My room faced the park behind the hotel and was very quiet. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

Best hotell

It is a five-star hotel. The service details are very good. The conditions in all aspects are good. I live on a non-smoking floor and the room is completely free of smoke and odor, which is great! The location is excellent and it is very convenient to visit major scenic spots in Luoyang. It is worth recommending.

I rarely review a hotel after staying in it, but I must strongly recommend it this time! This time I went to Luoyang, and I felt the Haidilao and Pangdonglai of the hotel industry. When we arrived at the high-speed rail station, the hotel staff had been waiting at the station early and drove a business car to greet us. When we got on the car, we were provided with mineral water and a piece of fruit cut for each person. When we arrived at the hotel, the concierge immediately opened the door for us to take our luggage. The front desk registered and gave each of us a hot towel to wipe our hands, and served us jujube tea. Then the luggage was sent to the next staff member to take us to the elevator. In this way, one ring after another was seamlessly connected. We didn't touch our suitcases from the process of arriving at the station to the room. When I thought this was the extreme, I found that this was just the beginning... All kinds of fruits and snacks were placed in the room. The child said he wanted to eat jelly. There was no jelly in the snacks, so the waiter ran to get a bunch of ****** jelly for her. There is a QR code in the room. You can order snacks, drinks, cooked food and a bunch of daily necessities on it. The most important thing is that it is free to order. How important is this for a family with picky children! There are 6 bottles of 200ml small Yibao and a bucket of more than 1 liter of large Yibao in the room, and a pile of them in the corridor, which is so luxurious! Dingshanchang downstairs is also super delicious, and the children's playground is also great. There are too many highlights to go into detail, everything is so great and beautiful! All friends who come to Luoyang should come and experience it!

I stayed at Huayang on a business trip a few years ago and have been a big fan of Huayang since then. This time, my lover and I drove to Luoyang from Shanghai. My first reaction was to see if Huayang's service was still the same as before. To my surprise, the service was more detailed and considerate. Although the facilities may not be as new as those of new hotels, it more reflects the aristocratic temperament of old-fashioned star-rated hotels.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and was highly rated. I booked this hotel out of curiosity. I spent a day in Luoyang on Friday and checked in at 9pm. The concierge guided me to the parking lot. After entering the lobby, a young lady took over my luggage and served me welcome tea and hot towels. The front desk lady was very efficient, the check-in process was fast, and she also thoughtfully put protective covers on my and my sister's ID cards. Knowing that it was our first time in Luoyang, we upgraded the room for free, and gave us welcome fruit, a mobile phone holder, and a portable notebook. There are postcards of Luoyang's iconic attractions at the front desk, which can be picked up according to your preferences. All the staff were smiling, and you can really feel their sense of propriety and enthusiasm. Great! Hello Luoyang, I will come again!
