The address is very good and easy to find. The service is not good, because I came out with a basin friend, and the toilet in the room is a transparent glass door, and the phone in the room cannot be used. The newly opened hotel has a good location, very convenient for travel and shopping. It is very close to the food street of Luoyi Ancient City. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are clean and beautiful, and there is free parking. Very suitable for self-driving travel.

這次訂的親子房，感覺很舒適，兩張大床，兩個大人兩個孩子住正好。毛巾、浴巾、洗漱用品、水杯都是一次性的，很方便。飲用水是桶裝的，每個房間都有小飲水機，比燒水壺用起來放心多了。早餐也不錯，豆漿都是黃豆和花生現磨的，餐廳的大姐很負責，也很健談，總枱的服務人員態度也很好。交通很方便，出門就是公交站、地鐵站，附近還有好吃的南關小碗牛肉湯。這次住宿總體很滿意，有機會還會選擇這家賓館。

整潔乾淨，樓下是停車場，晚上比較安靜。28日晚上前台的工作人員和保安工作負責，反饋問題能及時解決

酒店門口有停車位，但不是太多，出門就有地鐵，還算方便。早餐品種還可以，味道也不錯。服務很好，有客服專門回訪。酒店提供小桶的桶裝水，但個人認為，飲水機一般燒不開，現在也很少用這種飲水機了，還是熱水壺更好一些。總之整體還是不錯的。

房間不大但位置佳，門口地鐵公交很方便。服務態度好，賓至如歸。酒店可代訂一日參團遊和演出票。提供免費小桶裝飲用水。酸梅汁也很解渴。

酒店乾淨、有早餐、每個房間送水。而且位置在洛邑古城附近，酒店門口有地鐵站、公交站，出行很方便。

因為是春節旅遊提前二個月訂房，一間高級大床房！入住後體驗感特別差！房間衹有15個平方左右（包含衞生間），小的轉不了身，衞生洗澡間更是稍微一動就碰到牆！傢俱上都是煙台燙的印記，還有劃痕，衞生間洗臉盆是黃色的不知道是什麼污垢！大廳提供的咖啡機沒有咖啡，形同虛設！前台接待愛理不理，説話就感覺你欠她的沒還！不太理解這就是全國知名的錦江之星酒店的服務水平，硬件設施的配備！居然還稱“高級”二字！體驗極差！

很推薦的酒店，看之前也是盲定的，提前預訂很便宜。來了之後發現，真的是寶藏酒店，出門就是地鐵，出行方便。門口有好吃的牛肉湯，胡辣湯，餄烙麪，大盤雞。絕美！ 酒店服務好，乾淨衞生，還提供瓶裝水，給我們帶來很大方便。 行程四晚，龍門石窟，洛陽博物館，古墓博物館，科技館都去了。中間有一天沒有安排，一天的citywork。洛陽真的很不錯，錯峯出行就更好了！

訂了高級雙床房，傍晚到酒店時被告知衹剩一樓面對服務枱的一間房了。入住一晚後果斷取消後四晚的訂單了。衞生間洗漱台都發黃了，根本不像2021年裝修的，淋浴間小，半夜排水管嘩啦啦的聲音和服務枱電話聲很影響睡眠。周邊飲食也不方便，環境不算好，總之入住體驗不大好，謹慎選擇。

到酒店已經晚上十一點多了，前台雖然看起來好睏，但是很熱情，很温柔的解釋很多事情，值班的大叔人特別好，幫忙送東西還提醒我包落在前台了，除了房間有點小，衞生間的牆是塑料的，水池是塑料的以外，其他的還可以，原本不想全給好評，但是想想前台他們還是值得給好評的

前台服務態度很好，酒店停車方便 地理位置也不錯，走路到地鐵大概3分鐘 來洛陽旅遊還是蠻推薦入住的 早餐比較一般，不過按對應的價位來説，整體性價比還是很高的。 推薦
