Hotels in Old Town Center, Luoyang

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

The design style of the hotel is warm and comfortable. The mattress pillows are very comfortable. The brand is used. There are drum washing machines and dryers on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It is especially convenient for our family to travel. The transportation is convenient, and it is only a few minutes away from Yingtianmen Luoyi Ancient City by taxi. The front desk staff is very warm and it is a pleasant stay!

It took some time to find the place. Opening the map in Amapd showed the location behind the first row of shops. But eventually we learned you have to enter some coffee shop to get into the hotel. The coffee shop says Once artistic inn at the top bit they often have a small laundry truck backed up to the entrance so you pass around without seeing the signature. Other than that the place was fine, 'japanese' room was a bit run down. There is a restaurant on the patio with a nice grilled display in the evening, but we didn't know to scan the menu with WeChat. Bus to Longmen is across the crossroads and the one coming back stops just opposite the hotel.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

I was passing through Luoyang on the weekend and decided to travel. After checking the map, I decided to stay at Jiefang Road Station where two subway stations meet. It is convenient to go everywhere. However, when I got out of the subway, I saw several old hotels at the station entrance that looked quite old. I didn't plan to go in. So I quickly searched and found this Gudu Yujing Hotel (Zhouwangcheng Branch) a few hundred meters away from Jiefang Road subway station. I read the reviews saying it was relatively new, so I booked it. I was not disappointed. The receptionist was warm and polite. The room was quite new, clean and elegant. The area was large enough, with a sofa and a coffee table. It felt comfortable. The TV on the wall was super large, and it was connected to the USB and Type. C interface, it is worthy of being newly renovated (but there is no decoration smell), and, in addition, booking a room on XC only costs 20 yuan more to get a breakfast, so I didn't have any hope at first, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I found it was completely worth it. The restaurant is clean, the seats are very comfortable, and the food is varied. It can be said that the price-performance ratio is very high, so overall I am quite satisfied with the stay. In the area of ​​Zhouwangcheng, Jiefang Road, this hotel may be the best hotel of the same grade in terms of comprehensive conditions. If I have to make any more suggestions, I suggest that the decoration level of the elevator room in the lobby on the first floor can be improved a little bit, and the flush button of the smart toilet is not obvious and hard to see, so it is recommended to post a reminder. (Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the room in a hurry, it is basically the same as the pictures on the Internet, very new)

The hotel is very convenient for taking a taxi to the White Horse Temple, the China National Garden, the museum, the Longmen Grottoes, the ancient city and other attractions. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Mingtang Scenic Area. The hotel's breakfast is what I like, and the coffee is very delicious. I love it. The hotel's service is superb. The whole city of Luoyang is very down-to-earth, and the a**osphere of fireworks is strong at night. Luoyang is the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, with rich historical relics. Everywhere I go, I see batches of young people wearing Hanfu, which is so beautiful! The local government vigorously promotes the Hanfu culture. This trip is worth it!

It is very close to the subway entrance and exit, and is a transfer station for Line 1 and Line 2, so transportation is quite convenient. It is close to the nearby outlet mall, so it is also good for snacks. The room facilities are not new, but it is relatively quiet.
