Premier Inn Lisburn

Great hotel room was perfect,hotel was clean and staff were lovely close to all shops would definitely stay here again .

This is a standard Premier Inn. I had booked breakfast and was very disappointed to learn that the cook had left and there was only a continental breakfast (which I declined). The rooms work but, in this, there is no desk but a round table. It worked but not as well as a desk (I have report writing to do in the evenings). I had planned to eat in the evening but, as there was no hot food, I went to the nearby shopping centre and bought food to eat in my room. Surprised to see parting charged at £7 per 24h period. This is a new feature of some Premier Inns. I can't see why this is needed except, like Ryan Air, to add small charges to subtly increase the price of a stay. PI Macclesfield North would be the same. It's not welcome. Good night's sleep. Friendly staff.

Now they are outsourcing there car parks Charging staying guests which is a rip off. Money grabbing at its finest. The Wi fi is terrible like most premier inns it’s about time they sort it out. Rooms are comfortable Beds are comfortable Why don’t they put coffee pod machines in the rooms.

I paid for 6 nights and 6 breakfasts. We only had breakfast once. The rest mornings, they said there's nobody to prepare the food. My family don't take sugar but honey. They only provided once the next mornings were excuses. Very terrible experience. Wasted my money

Booked two rooms, gets email to say due to unforseen circumstances restaurant closed , what use is that for a family to have no dinner and no warm breakfast, won't return to it, also pathetic internet, they need to sort this hotel out or close it

Charged for meals even though kitchens were closed. No refund received. Staff knew there was no food yet still took full payment.

Can't rate the staff higher as they were brilliant. They went above and beyond to help us rectify a mistake I had made

The Rooms and staff are top class. Unfortunately staff is in very short supply. No hot breakfast because of staffing problems. Only booked evening meals served. As I said before the staff that are there are top class but I don't think they'll hang around too long due to the failure of management to plan ahead. Breakfast has been a cornerstone for Premier Inn hotels and sadly this is the beginning of the downward spiral. Mind you the newly introduced car parking charges should bring in some revenue. Overall disappointed on this Occasion.

Local to the town, 20mins walk. Close to the shopping centre, 15min walk. Eurospar Garage just up the road for all snacks etc. Close to the main road into Belfast. Very comfortable room with a fabulous comfy bed for sleep, decent shower room (not one of those pods things) Staff were lovely and warm and welcoming. The hotel has closed the restaurant to outside guests making it soulless, and they now charge £7 for parking which is daylight robbery when paying to stay at the hotel or have friends and family come meet with you. Although our stay was comfortable this would put us off staying again.
