Absolutely amazing hotel and service and location
A few pointers that could be improved wood floor worn out and scratched up every where the tiles in bathroom could do with a regrout apart from that Absolutely stunning hotel best I have stayed service very fast response bathroom facilities 10/10 could do with a TV in bathroom

The facilities and hygiene are perfect, everything is new and smart. What I like most is the aromatherapy machine in the room. You can choose your favorite scent every day. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests in the hotel. There were basically no other people eating breakfast during the few days I stayed. The service in the restaurant was very good, and the banana cake for breakfast was very impressive. The only drawback is that the room service is lacking and the ability to respond to emergencies is poor. Maybe it’s because of the new hotel?

For me it is one of the best hotels in the gulf region,we arrived at 11 o clock in the mornning, after 10 minutes we received our upgraded see view ammazing suit ,the service was outstanding either someone calling us or someone comes to the suite asking if you need anything to add to the mini bar , the food was very good in all restaurants . Thanks to everyone but special thanks to dear Umaima in Malaki lounge in fact I have no word to describe her and how she took care of us and other guests . See you soon Raffles.

Faris was the best bartender, cocktails the best i have tasted. The acoustic band was cool. Total ambiance of the bar was great. We had fun. The vocalist lady was superb. We were able to dance. Overall experience was 100% We surely be back again.

I was celebrating my wife birthday there. They gave us a complimentary cake and made room decoration for free, which is good. However, the service is poor. I requested a pillow and didn't reserve it. On the next day, I talked to the front desk. They offered me a room upgrade, but they didn't bring the pillow. The breakfast is limited with slow service.

One of my friend recommend this place Raffles hotel 2nd floor Aqua lounge we went for dinner with my friends the place has amazing lusail view with nice ambiance inside and outside we had dinner they’re food and drinks was very delicious service was just wow all the staff were very friendly waiter name Collins was very helpful and specially I wanted say thanks ❤️the Restaurant Manager Jumman very professional and he’s extra care make us feel it’s our second home and makeing sure for us we are well satisfied bess on our experience I can feels that he have done well trained all the staff once again Thank you so Jumman we will definitely come back highly recommend this place !!
