酒店客房服務好，送物很及時，酒店旁邊就是觀光車站點和很多飯店，房間設施齊全，雖然沒有電梯，衹有樓梯，但是前台會主動幫我提着行李到房間門口，給前台小妹妹大大讚，希望老闆能夠給予他一些獎勵，雖然臨街，但是晚上卻不吵，晚上樓下大門還會鎖起來，住的很安心，很安全！

不得不誇酒店的索道接送服務，酒店司機師傅服務意識很好，主動下車幫我們拿行李，快到酒店門口時，前台也會在門口幫忙接行李，幫提行李到房間，酒店去各個景點遊玩都很方便，出門左轉走幾分鐘就是景點觀光車站，用餐就在對面淵明樓，不需要太費腿，很滿意這次的入住，會推薦朋友過來入住體驗

酒店環境很新，房間很舒適。位置也挺好的，就在合面街旁邊，周邊也挺熱鬧的，吃飯啥都很方便。離觀光車站很近，去五老峯和三疊泉很方便，前台還借了登山杖給我們，交通便利，服務態度很好。

房間大小還可以，客房服務非常好，拖鞋毛巾和小東西一天一換。前台響應速度也很快態度也很好。酒店沒有電梯衹有樓梯，入住會幫你提行李上去。
酒店沿街，屋內屋外都不太隔音，但是前台有耳塞。觀光車站就在街對面，爬完山回來乘車馬上就到。房間無異味裝修都不錯
