酒店服務員素質差！
餐廳內掛着一個禁止吸煙的牌子，一個遊客就站在這牌子下吸煙，服務員見了也不上前去勸阻。直到有其他的遊客發聲了，服務員還是不知所措，最後還是餐廳經理來了 才前去勸阻。
在大廳內，同樣掛着一個禁止吸煙的牌子，但酒店卻在大廳的茶几上放了一個煙灰缸！遊客就坐在那裡吸煙，服務員卻視而不見，最後也是有其他的遊客説室內公共場所怎麼能吸煙呢！大廳經理才出來勸阻。
室內的公共場所不能吸煙早已是全國的共識，怎麼酒店自己也有這樣的規範，但服務員卻不執行，這實在是管理不到位！
這樣的酒店環境，衞生和服務太差了！

大套房算是位置最好的了，窗户下面就是廬山戀電影院，鬧中取靜，獨立一個停車院子，走出去幾分鐘到牯嶺街心花園，看山下美景吃美食。

設施：五臟俱全，但是入住這房間很壓抑，很小，而且斜的，剛剛入住會頭暈，以後建議不要住這種房間
衞生：第一天衞生還是不錯的，不過第二天續住的衞生也是醉了，床不整理，地上也不掃，枕頭也在地上。。。能不能管理一下，反正不會住第二次
環境：酒店提供停車場，外觀看上去還行，酒店邊上也是電影院，離各種景區也不遠
服務：住他們酒店，電梯口放着吃飯的招牌，還讓我們自己去看看餐廳有沒有開門，難道不是一起的嘛？非要我説，你不能主動問問，餐廳有沒有開門，開門我在走下去，沒有開門，我下去幹嘛，告訴我開門的結果去吃，告訴你沒有。。。這服務。。。接送服務，告訴你衹接索道，上山下山的人，景區口不能接送。。。。那你標清楚，要麼就不提供接送
