Very quiet hotel. Despite the magnificent building, all the staff are very close to the guests and care about their happiness. This time I stayed in a superior room with large windows. The area and direct light of the toilet are all you like. The restaurant offers a balanced buffet, exquisite breakfast and everything you want. Restaurant service and decent breakfast. The reception staff have excellent professionalism and a very friendly attitude. I recommend

De realçar a area dos quartos, a limpeza do quarto e do WC. A comida servida no Buffet foi saborosa mas podia ter mais variedade de pratos. A piscina interior estava com a temperatura certa.Basta passar por um túnel para ir as termas do Luso. Bom atendimento quer na receção quer no restaurante

Não conhecia a zona e vale a pena a visita. Hotel agradável, quartos grandes e confortáveis, buffet adequado, spa muito confortável. Piscina exterior gigante (que não deu para experimentar). Fiquei com vontade de voltar com a família e com tempo mais quente.

Sitio acogedor de alta calidad, con piscina de agua caliente interior para relajarse después de un día agotador.. y el spa de aguas termales que no pude probar pero que debe ser una maravilla por los comentarios del resto de huéspedes que se alojaron en el hotel.
A la próxima vez sí queda tiempo..

Hotel clássico, a época, quartos com área agradável, vista para serra, bem localizado, no centro do luso, com excelentes restaurantes a 4/5 minutos a pé, piscina espectacular, enorme, com pranchas para saltar, (água do luso na piscina), serviço bom, os funcionários simpáticos, a 5 minutos das termas do luso.

Das Grande Hotel de Luso wurde 1940 fertig gestellt. Es ist ein imposantes Haus. Wir hatten ein kleines, aber angenehmes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Es war leider mit Teppichfußboden ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war groß, aber die Dusche in der Badewanne – nicht so schön. Beeindruckend das riesiges Schwimmbad. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. In Luso selbst ist die Thermalquelle sehenswert. Mit dem Auto kann man Ausflüge nach Bussaco oder Coimbra unternehmen.

Excelente localização, no centro da vila, e com ligação por um túnel às termas do Luso. Bom pequeno almoço num espaço agradável e com vista para a enorme piscina exterior. Necessita de um facelift no geral, e alguém mais atento ao telefone para se efetuar marcações.

Very well located, in the middle of the town (with pleasant and peaceful surroundings) and next to the spas which are connected to the hotel by a tunnel. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a classic and simple way. The bathroom is not practical as the door hits the toilet and in fact it is much more useful to have a shower than a bath or to install a bath using a PVC or glass screen and not a curtain. The breakfast is very good, varied. The restaurant is also good, being a good option for those who don't want to leave the hotel. The indoor pool is very good, with good dimensions and a fantastic water temperature. The staff is friendly and efficient.
