I mean what can I can the hotel was in a great location, staff were friendly but a bit slow to help. Additionally bathroom was clean but the shower was dreadful, literally no water pressure and after turning on hot water after 10 mins not even luke warm. So I couldn’t shower at the hotel until I wanted to catch a cold, shame really because mostly everything else was great but that put a dampener on my mood, after a long day travelling not being able to shower was a unfortunate situation.

The room stunk of cheap bleach when I first entered, and being in a room with no windows I couldn’t air it out! The bathroom smelt horrible. A small room but good size considering the cheap/excellent price! Excellent location for anyone trying to stay near Luton airport, very close-by and easy public transport, with both buses and trains taking you straight there. However, as a young woman travelling alone the area didn’t feel particularly safe, with a pub right next door and lots of drunk men blocking the entrance to the hotel. Decent stay/experience considering the price.

Second night gives different room same size shower working better possible have shower, bed bad very hot room . Tv with control remote , bin something the first room didn’t have .

This is my experience which I received from EasyHotel in Luton, England on 25 September 2022. Easy checking into the room around 7PM. And found out about the room after coming back from diner around 8 PM. 1. The lights in the room doesn’t work only in shower room works. 2. Electrical outlet to charge phone or computer does not work. 3. Knob turn hot cold water was broken and only hot water for taking shower. In spite of those problem, I reported to night reception and asked for changing the room. His answers were no! We’r fully book! Maintenance guy will look at it tomorrow and if you want to complain here the email address of my manager to complain! Isn’t that a double insult to customer! It’s terrible and nightmare thing to happen for traveller to meet after long day of journey. Never again with any ‘EasyHotel. After talking with Trip.com representative about the problem “Nickie” Trip’s customer service found agreement solution for. He is very professional and know how to resolve customer’s problem. Thank you for taking time to talk to me and night reception. Again thank you Trip.com for supporting customer when they need and never again with EasyHotel.
