Very tired place, dark dingy and not usual premier inn standard at all. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller ,broken furniture and dirty sheets!

The hotel is close to the railway station and center of town. There are many shops and takeaways close to the hotel. Very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 1 night to be able to access Luton Airport, the check in process and car parking was very effective and efficient. The car park is located directly next to the hotel and the staff were friendly. We didn’t use the restaurant but everything was clean.

The hotel offers parking next door but it shuts at 10 pm til 6 they did not explain the process for parking in another car park which left me as a lone traveller very anxious and they did not answer the phone when l tried to ring for help and caused me to unnecessarily spend money! Very poor!

stayed here for three nights whilst the friends I was visiting had a full house. I stayed here two years ago and preferred my first stay. Good points - I was on the top floor so no elephants banging around above me. Got a good nights sleep once the party goers came back and banged into their rooms. Good comfy bed. sofa/coach was very old and tired. plaster missing from bits of the corner, in the room which could have been easily plastered up. Room was clean. showerhead was static and fixed and no flexible alternative attached. bathroom very small. Breakfast okay, but bacon is shoe leather - if you want to eat cardboard it is fine. Arrived for breakfast on Monday morning and none there. Had to find chef and get it cooked to order, well apart from the freshly cooked poached eggs rest all came out of the oven cooked some time ago. Chef was very nice and polite. Pastries were all happily defrosting on everyday, obviously saving money, but certainly not fresh. Smell of urine every time I entered my room, a bit like inspecting care homes for my parents. If I smelt urine, I wasn't going to let my mother live there.

Booked this hotel not knowing that the attached free NCP car park closes at 10pm until 6am. It does not state anywhere on their website that if you have an early flight you have to use an alternative car park a few hundred meters away across a dual carriageway. Not an ideal situation, walking around the streets of a strange town in the middle of the night. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this. With this in mind I will definitely think twice about booking a premier inn again without first checking how accurate their website is.

Good night stay at this Luton Central hotel for an early flight from Luton Airport. Clean, good value and convenient. With bonus that taxi to the airport was £10.

We stayed here overnight as part of our road trip around the UK. We paid £89 for our room so we weren’t expecting luxury. Our room was great. Very spacious and clean. We slept very well, and found it to be quiet. Staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful. As stated in other reviews, car parking is next door. We were asked if we needed to leave early (I think before 6.30am???) as the car park is locked between 10pm and 6.30am. We said no, however they did say if you need to access your vehicle between those times that there is an alternative car park in which you could park your vehicle. It’s just a bit further away. There is nowhere to park when you check in. My husband had to drop me off and drive around the block while I went into reception. We enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant. Very nice and reasonably priced. Great hotel, however the area surrounding isn’t the greatest.

The room was very run down and tatty. Strong smell of cigarette smoke and sewage so not a pleasant stay. Not happy when it cost us £134 for the night.

Booked 2 nights for the radio 1 big weekend, was very unhappy with the state of the room. The carpet was badly stained and threadbare. The sink had long black hair in and some shaving remnants. Water hadn't even been drained. If I thought I would have gotten a room anyway else my daughter and I wouldn't have stayed at all. Breakfast was nice and staff did there very best to cope with being so busy. Absolutely not worth the £323 I paid.

This hotel was very accommodating. Friendly staff, clean hotel which smells great from the elevator to the corridors. The room was very comfortable and very clean which made it easy to feel at home away from home. Nothing bad to say. If you want a stay in Luton where you can relax and unwind this is perfect.

Always a good night sleep. Food and drink is spot on. Friendly helpful staff. Was impressed with Amanda’s people skills. Always happy to help. Staying again next week Parkin in multi-storey next door fully reimbursed. Only a few minute walk to the town centre. Makes a nice change to have some decent reception in a hotel. Decent levels off free wifi too

This us the 2nd timecwe stopped, in thus hotel both time se have a had a early flight,so don't know what the breakfast was like. The first time we stopped we dud gave a evening meal, this time we didn't as the menu, was basic, do it would be nice,if they added extra to it Hotel is a good location, short walk in to town.hotel was clean, room was OK. Now my only problem, (WHICH IS NOT THE HOTEL FAULT!! YES THERE IS FREE PARKING AT THE HOTEL NEXT. DOOR NCP ,BUT NOW IT CLOSES AT 22:00 HRS,AND DONT OPEN UNTILL 06:00 HRS,SO WE HAD TO MOVE OUR CAR DOWN THE ROAD TO ANOTHER NCP CAR PARK ,COURT HOUSE STREET, YES ITS ALDO FREE AS LONG AS YOU TELL THE HOTEL WHERE YOU HAVE PARKED. SO BEWARE UF YOU HAVE A EARLY FLIGHT !!!!!)
