A mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.

The hotel is not in a lively part of the city, so there are few people around and it is quiet. It takes five minutes to walk to the tram station and about 10 minutes to take the tram to the city center and the train station. Fortunately, the Luxembourg trams and buses are free. Breakfast is a bit simple, only a bottle of mineral water is provided for free for double occupancy 😂

I went in late Sept. 2023, but TripAdvisor won't let me pick that date. The location was a bit of a trek from where the bus dropped us off coming from the airport. However, the metro, if taking the train, is a short distance away. Thus going back was no problem. There's a huge staircase to ascend to the plaza leading to the hotel, so keep that in mind if any of your party has mobility issues. The hotel was extremely close to the modern art museum which was one major reason for visiting the city. Public transit is free everywhere, which is a big plus. You could take the metro to the shopping center inside of which is a post office if you need to get stamps.

Hôtel très propre et très bien maintenu, aussi bien dans les espaces publics que dans les chambres, chaque année c'est un plaisir d'y revenir. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, tout en parfait état de fonctionnement (machine à café, éclairage, télévision, etc). Très bonne literie! Produits dans la salle de bain de très bonne qualité (gel douche, shampooing, après-shampooing, savon mains, lait pour le corps). Petit-déjeuner buffet vaste (petit-déj anglais, charcuteries, fromages, viennoiseries, différentes sortes de pain, confiture, choco, céréales, crêpes, jus de fruits, salade de fruits frais, yoghourts,etc), délicieux. Personnel souriant, aimable, efficace. Vraiment un très bon hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Service et chambre impeccable. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois avec et sans les enfants. Toutes les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables et propres. Le cadre idéal pourr un week-end reposant et l accès à la ville est très facile avec le tram gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique !

Merveilleux Hôtel au calme, à proximité du tram pour un déplacement optimal à Luxembourg. Réception parfaite, chambre spacieuse, très propre et très bonne literie. Les produits de bain douche mis a disposition sont de qualité. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel agréable et a l'écoute du client. Merci Thaï pour ton professionnalisme. Au plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber und gute Betten. Die Minibar ist kostenlos. Gutes WLAN. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb zwischen Bürohäusern und ist daher nachts ruhig (abgesehen von den direkt darüber fliegenden Flugzeugen im Landeanflug bis ca. Mitternacht). Die Altstadt von Luxemburg ist mit dem gratis benützbaren ÖV in ca. 25 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Gute Klimaanlage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Der Zuschlag für den Hund ist mit 30 € übermässig hoch!! (Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug). Auch Parkplätze im Parkhaus sind mit € 29 sehr teuer. Mit Glück findet man aber in der Nähe einen öffentlichen Parkplatz.
